Написала им с просьбой подобрать тур из Эмиратов в другую страну , по датам уточнила , что интересует ближайший вылет , который будет возможен , т.к уже находились в Дубай , ответили , что без проблем подберут . После длительного молчания , решила переспросить , в ответ последовало хамство... , что «Конечно же тур они не подберут , тк я не знаю чего хочу ...не знаю даже дату вылета ...» Напомню , что просила найти ближайшую возможную дату , пояснила , что готовы вылетать хоть завтра. Удивлена количеству хороших отзывов ...хотя может менеджеры поменялись . Не посоветовала бы никому

Negative experience: I went to enquire about tickets just to compare with online offers and received the highest single price. Didn’t care proposing any alternative and was stuck in just selling the highest price online. Very disappointing

I needed visas for my family and less than 24 hours of speaking to him I got the visas. Really really impressed and WILL DEFINITELY recommend their company

Negative experience: One of the worst travel company in the world ,I applied for visa through them their employee gave me a date and hour to send the visa for and after that he disappeared ,after one week he responded and told me do you want to cut my holiday to answer you!? Start to screaming on the phone because i said you said a specific date for me but you lied and then he start to talk in so rude way i never seen in my live that way actually after that all he closed the phone in my face. So this is my story and didn’t get my visa yet , I advice everyone to stay away of this company.

Negative experience: i called them to check about transit information in airports since the embassy insisted that i call the travel agency, since travel agencies according to embassy must have this basic knowledge. anyway i ddnt get an answer and he on the phone was completely rude and didnt put 1% effort to help or get information.for sure im not going to be using this agency for my bookings ever
