Negative experience: Poor service and lack of communication and responsibility.

Negative experience: I inquired about 30 days tourist visa and agreed to obtain the service, shared the documents and even after 2 days they did not respond even after multiple follow ups. I had informed them it’s quite urgent the sales person haven’t even bothered to respond back. Better inform the customer if you cannot provide the service rather than hanging the customers to dry.

Fantastic experience: If you are planning to visit Dubai, especially with family, please do check with Deira Travels. We planned our trip thru them. They got us the Best Hotels with and extra bed at no cost. Arranged for all the in city trips, like Bhurj Khalifa At the Top, Desert Safari, Quad Bike Riding, Snow Ski, etc.. Vivek from their Team was an authority on Dubai Tourism. They proactively guided us step by step on the Immigration and Covid 19 protocols & process for a seamless transit.
