Negative experience: تحية طيبة….. تم حجز رحلة معاهم الى بولندا في اغسطس 2024 مع العائلة قبل شهرين حجزت عن طريقهم الكوخ في زكوباني مكانه جميل و الفندق خمسة نجوم في كراكوف مكانه جميل مع باص و سائق ولهم مني كل الشكر و الشكر موصول للاخ عمر المقبالي على خلقه الطيب ولكن لا يخلو الأمر من ملاحظات: 1- الأسعار عاليه جدا مقابل الخدمة 2- المكتب لا يرد على المكالمات بشكل سريع و لا رسائل الوتساب بشكل سريع 3- اذا واجهتك مشكلة فالسفر فالمكتب بطيئ في حلها فيجب ان تعتمد على نفسك 4- المكتب لا يصلح لحجز رحلات للعوائل بل يصلح للشباب أكثر أو لزوجين فقط بدون أبناء 5- المكتب ليس لديه احترافيه في صياغة الجداول السياحية ورغم اني حجزت معهم من شهرين إلا أنهم لم يسلموني الجدول الا قبل اسبوعين من السفر و الجدول لا يتناسب مع العوائل أتمنى من أصحاب المكتب التركيز على جذب الكفاءات لإدارة هذا المرفق السياحي الهام اتمنى لكم التوفيق دائماً

Fantastic experience: من أفضل شركات السياحة اللي تعاملت معها اول سفرة لي معاهم لموسكو في شهر 7 للعام 2024 حجزوا لي التذاكر والفنادق والتوصيل ويدرون على المكالمات والواتساب بشكل فوري حتى بالليل وخدمتهم متميزة واسعارهم حلوه في المتناول انصح بهم بشدة
