Negative experience: اسوء مكتب ولا افكر ارجع اتعامل معه ما يردون على الاتصال انجبرت اسير لين عندهم ، كنا نتحتاج استشاره واعداد خطة سفر بناء على خبرتهم لكن للاسف الموظف غير متعاون ما كان مستعد لاي مساعده نسأله شو البرنامج الي ممكن تسويه لنا بحكم انه ما عندنا خبره في الامكان السياحيه للبلد الي بنتوجه له ، قال بسوي البرنامج حسب الامكان الي انتوا تختارونها ؟!؟ طيب ونحن جايين ومتعبين نفسنا لمكتب سفريات ليش مب عشان ناخذ نصيحة وخبره المكتب في الامكان الي ممكن يقترحها ويحددها لنا ؟ على جي نروح نحجز لنفسنا مباشره من التطبيق غير انه كان اغلب الوقت مطنشنا ويرد على اتصلات الموبايل للاسف كان ممكن يستفيد من الزبون لكن بأسلوب اللامبالاة ضيع عليكم زباين
