Negative experience: In Makkah they provided reasonable service.. But in Madina they provided poor service... Poor hotels... . Dirty bed sheets,, quilts and bathrooms uncleaned.. Even no step was taken after complaints... .no wifi.. ... Far from Masjid Nabwi...and the bus which was provided to us... A old and dirty... No cleaning in bus... Un comfortable seats...
