Negative experience: I booked a family trip. Upon landing the cab arrived late. In that one hour of waiting at the airport I was contacted by 3 drivers and was unclear who exactly was picking up. This happened again in a successive day. The quality of the Marina safari was a disaster. Clearly they don’t corroborate with trip advisor reviews - the Marina we were given had a one star on trip advisor and now we know why! The hotel, grand excelsior lacks basic amenities like house keeping. Toilets are unclean and unkept and smelly. The fridge had mould. I had to raise it with the GM in order to get some basic details. The tour driver took us to thr own preferred shops and was reasonably insistent that it’s where we will get the best price.. an absolute scam!

Negative experience: The drivers are very good but the management sucks. After taking a private cab they kept sending 14 seater bus. No escalation point and no response from management

Positive experience: Prompt responses to all texts via whatsapp. They provide daily updates on the driver name and his phone number. The required vouchers will be sent to you by whatsapp. The drivers were punctual. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and on time. City tour could have been done well. Since time got wasted in shopping areas. Happy with their service. Recommended..

Negative experience: For us, it felt like there were amateurs running the management. Voucher/tickets were not sent in advance. For some of the spots, we had to wait outside for an hour waiting for tickets sent to us by WhatsApp. Pickups/drops were always late by 30-40 minutes and excuse was always delay is expected in SIC. After we complaint about it for initial couple of days, they started sending driver details and tickets on time. Time durations given for the places were not enough, it was always couple of hour short. All in all, it was below average services. Piece of advice to others, push them at the start of the trip to send out all the details in advance.

Fantastic experience: Dubai city tour we did and guide Mr Alam give us very good information keeps us active because with information he makes us laugh next day we were so happy to see him for abu Dhabi city he makes our trip best and unforgettable sure visit again and suggest crossover

Fantastic experience: i had a wonderful experience with crossover tourism .. the trip was very well organised. All details of the next day along with driver details was send to me on previous night. On the day of airport transfer the driver goofed up and over slept but Mohammad sallal was kind enough to arrange a taxi and make sure i reached airport in time . Thanks for the lovely hospitality.
