Negative experience: We arrived to Air Arabia Hamdan office at 10;40 pm , that is 20 minutes before closing time for early check in, and the rep onsite refused to deal with us as he claimed that the van that would carry the luggage has left 10 minutes earlier. Well you need then to update your office hours to be at 10:30 or hold the last wave of luggage transfer till closing time! We had to find another office to deal with us causing delays and a lot of inconvenience

Fantastic experience: This is the real office of Air Arabia. I received good service attended by the manager. I had been to another office near the muroor Hamdan signal. It had the board of Air Arabia, but it wasn't. This is now closed.

Negative experience: The most worst air line in the world is Air Arabia. I purchased the ticket for 2450 dirhams and unfortunately could not travel due to some issues.. I wanted to change the dates a day before flying but it was showing No Show flight... After the departure the message I received was the voucher to be used. The voucher against 2450 Dirhams was only 125 dirhams. When I did travel how can you take all money... Well, if the airline is not refund but give the voucher what will the customer do with 125 Dirhams Instead of 2450 dirhams... first and last expensive in 20 years.... Very bad experience

Negative experience: Today in evening I went there for the booking of tickets, but there are two ladles from cozmo travel behaviour very bad and worst, first she told me the wait I am doing some work, I wait there half an hour but no body attend me for the tickets booking, at the end I came home and I booked tickets through the app,I sujest if you want book ticket ,better book online yourself, don't waist your time there

Positive experience: I wanted to cancell my flight with a Flexi fare! Which on the website says it's free 8 hours before flight! I went to this office 2 days before my flight and lady told me I could only redeem the voucher. I think it should be written on the website that they don't really give you back money. Anyway I redeemed voucher and booked a new flight. Again voucher covered all expenses but additional few of 12 AED was charged nevertheless. Also for cancelling and getting voucher around 20 AED was deducted. It seems small money but this airline is charging for everything even if your fare is Flexi and says modifications are free of cost. Also I feel the workers are obligated to squeeze money out from the customers instead of help them find best deals. Perhaps those are air Arabia policies as it has happened to me in the other offices in Abu Dhabi with some workers who were only able to see very expensive flights Anyway glad that nice Indian lady got my voucher correctly and was able to get new flight covered by it.

March 20th evening i bring my baggage there for dropping because next day is my flight, there the staff everyone is busy and i tried my slef then my baggage weight was littile bit higher asper Air arabia staff i reduce the weight of my baggage my self beacouse there staff everyone is busy, once i arrange the weight i tape my box my slef and im a experienced packer in a cargo company so i did packing very good more than air arabia staff did so when i pack the staff told me dont make noice from the masking tape and idont know there is any silent type of masking tape available im a experienced person if idid fast packing it will make noice and the masking tape hape noice so how they say to me like that and its very rude and badly they behave finally the air arabia staff dragged my baggage outside the office then they told me to pack in out side the shop i dont have any option finally idid like that

Fantastic experience: Quick response. Baggage drop included; check-in possible 36 hours in advance for 20 AED per person. There is no additional cost for luggage. Wrapping service is also readily available.

Positive experience: Overall experience was good and also staff was cooperative. But they will charge 15AED for ticket booking charges per head, and for city check-in, they are charging 20 AEad.
