Fantastic experience: The best DMC in Dubai.

Negative experience: In Abu Dhabi. Not serious at all. The driver came to pick us at the airport that was ok. But then for the activities they did not show up the first day in the morning. And they said we where upgraded for the afternoon. But we were supposed to have ticked to le Louvre and they did not gave us. Saying it was our agent in paris that was supposed to give us. So we had to buy the tickets. And the last day the driver did not came to pick up us for the airport.! We had to take a taxi. They said they picked up a guest with our same name! How ridiculous !!! Avoid this agency they are not serious

Fantastic experience: Très bonne expérience, une excellente excursion dans le désert en 4x4, un bon chauffeur, le repas au top et un spectacle nickel. Je recommande cette sortie.

Fantastic experience: Très bon service, le chauffeur nous attendait a l'aéroport avec tous les documents utilent pour notre séjour. Les excursions se sont également bien passées. Ils restent toujours joignable, nous avons eu un petit problème de ticket pour une visite, l'agence a résolu le problème par téléphone en 5min.

Negative experience: A part l’arrivée à l’aéroport où si vous n’êtes pas en stress tout se passe à peu près normalement ( au bout de la 3 eme personne vous arrivez enfin dans un parking qui vous emmène a l’hôtel). Pour le reste cette agence est une catastrophe, plusieurs appels pour la réservation à la Burj Khalifa réserver sur Emirates The List ==> pas de réponse .nous avons du passer par l accueil de l’hôtel !!! Et pour le transfert retour encore une fois impossible de les joindre ==> nous avons fait appel à un taxi. Fuyez

Negative experience: Walked in and all staff were having lunch. Had to wait for while. After the wait, They don’t book a ticket on the spot. Apparently they have to send it to their supplier. It’s 2022, and such services exist?

Fantastic experience: Gautam is a true professional and a nice guy. Expect great service.

Negative experience: I suggest that they may increase the price to a reasonable limit but provide the services known with safari. Food was of very bad quality.

Negative experience: Transferts aéroports/hôtel rien à dire. Une personne nous attendait à l’aéroport lors de notre arrivée avec tous les documents nécessaires pour le séjour. Cependant, pour les excursions, c’est très mal organisé. Les chauffeurs ne sont pas à l’heure, nous avons attendu 1h pour les deux excursions et aucune excuse !

Negative experience: Personne à l'aéroport. Aucune info sur le transfert d'hôtel. Pas de taxi et ticket pour visiter la Burj khalifa. Obligez de les appeler sans cesse. Organisation à revoir. Je déconseille.

Fantastic experience: Excellents services et prestations. Une personne nous attend à l'aéroport du Dubai avec les documents nécessaires à nos prestations choisies. Le chauffeur nous attend pour aller à l'hôtel. Le top ! Et nous recevons à l'instant un petit courrier dans notre chambre du Hyatt Regency Dubaï Creek Heights pour nous indiquer que notre chauffeur nous attendra à une heure précise en bas de l'hôtel en fonction de l'heure de décollage de notre avion. Vraiment le top cette agence. Je recommande vivement. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Negative experience: A disaster ! They give us no informations about our transportation and the driver didn't show up at the airport !!! Somes days later, we had a excurtion in Dubai from Abu Dhabi, the driver has arrived 30 minutes late and was a pretty bad driver. Not to mention that he never opened us the car door even we has a senior with us. So, really not recommanded.

Fantastic experience: It's the best tourism destination management company located in Dubai. It gives its customers or agents the best rates to travel inside UAE. Have connections with alot of good hotels which ranges from 7 to 2 stars and other hotels, leisure centre, VISA process in minutes etc. Great for travellers from India, Pakistan, turkey, Russia, Europe, China , Vietnam, Sri Lanka and etc.., as they have good staffs to treat them well with there own language and culture.

Fantastic experience: I rate this company 5* just after 1 visit. They have professional staffs and services. The only issue that it's location was quite far from downtown.
