Negative experience: Dear audience, It's with a heavy heart that I share my recent travel experience with Swabi. This journey marked my last with them. Our trip to Mecca took over 36 hours, and our return from Saudi to Dubai, which began at 7 am on April 13, 2024, didn't fare much better. We reached the UAE border at 3 am on April 14, 2024, after a grueling 20 hours on the road. However, upon arrival, we faced a further delay of 9 hours due to visa issues with the driver and were told that our bus couldn't enter the UAE. Adding insult to injury, the washroom was out of order, and the service was abysmal. I strongly don’t recommend this travel agent for Umrah; they demonstrate a blatant disregard for your time, money, and well-being.
