Negative experience: Very worst services, irresponsible bad behaviour of the staff named Praveen.. I took visit visa and dummy ticket but he has given unconfirmed ticket so my passenger couldn't travel and I lost my one side ticket, even when I ask he replied that its not his responsibility and If we need to come take another ticket. Now dummy is not allowed as per authority and real return ticket is needed to travel from India to UAE, he is not aware to this basic things, kindly my request to avoid this freelance guy. I contacted satguru travel as dummy ticket he taken from there, they also said to avoid this like fraud guys and he is given only for ticket booking purpose.
