Negative experience: Not recommended, they are not professional to plan for a trip ,I went with them to Bali and most of the group was families with kids and they didn't respect the time schedule of the program when we complained they didn't ask them to stick to the plan and the program if they are professional company they should add ground rule that if anyone delayed the bus will move not everyday delay 2 hrs or 3 hrs because of others one mire thing they add emergency Number and when I reached to bali airport they guy who respond to the hot line replied and said call the call center not me !!!!! when I came back to Dubai I did escalation but same guy respond to my email and he was not professional again for the second time They have no idea how to deal with the customer and not respecting their customer at all what they want is more money !

Negative experience: They have good online application for visa and also do coordinate on the request. I would give 5 stars but the online application doesn't list all the documents required which they ask over email one by one which delays the process as you don't know all the documentation required and submit at once. Also it would be better if they coordinate on WhatsApp/Phone instead of the email for additional documents or information as not everybody is checking personal email all the time, WhatsApp is more prompt.

Fantastic experience: The team are very customer oriented and treat you well. The travel agent Mr Mohammad Aslam took care of my enquiry for visa change and kept following up to direct us what should we follow to get the required. Since he is busy,most of the time can't answers calls but whenever you visit him at his office, he will be happy to serve you. Thank you Aslam.

Negative experience: I had booked a return ticket and it shows direct flight of Etihad in the booking. However, in actual it was not Etihad and neither direct .

Negative experience: Musafir. What a waste of time and money. Use their search engine then book with the airline directly. Cheaper and easier. Tried to rebook on the phone and they tried to charge me 4000dhs more even though the flights I wanted were cheaper than the original. No accountability. They do whatever they want.

Negative experience: I made a reservation, after That they charged my credit card?! and issued me a pending reservation? after waiting until the next day and emailing them, they told me the fare has changed ! and I have to pay the difference... so I asked for a refund..and now I have to wait until the refund gets back into my account.. which may take 10 days!.

Negative experience: Tried calling several times but the person responsible was never at her seat. Finally some one took my mobile and said will call me back and 5 to 10 mins and nobody did !!!

Negative experience: Pathetic service, they charge 100 AED more for visa if you don't book the flights from them. It's cheaper to book through Emirates if you are flying as a tourist. Very unprofessional staff and they cannot even properly list out the required documents for visa. They had to call me so many times for each and every document. Total waste of time and money.

They are cheating by saying that for to take 30 days visit visa asked us to pay Dhs350 in addition to that Dhs 100 has been deducted for advance of booking the flight ticket. After getting the visa approached them to redeem Dhs 100 advance payment which was deducted by them by booking the flight ticket through them. After booking the flight ticket come to know that they have been added some service charges also if we use credit card have to pay 2.25% extra and no refund or rebooking flight ticket. They were trapping us to book the flight ticket through them but charging us more than what we booked directly through airlines. All beaware of them. They are cheaters totally
