Negative experience: I had a bad experience with this agency cause I gave them the money of the trip including the tickets in Arabia Airline and before traveling they told me that the flight was cancelled and the will book in Wizz Airline and they will return the rest of my money of the tickets to me after coming back from the trip. After coming back I asked them regarding the money and they denied and told me that there's no money for me. Other thing they are very bad regarding preparing everything in the trip and they are very slow regarding replaying and solving any issues during the trip. Finally I don't recommend anyone to deal with this agency regarding anything.

Negative experience: من مديرة المكتب حتى الموظفين كذابين ويقومون بالتنسيق مع الفنادق لاجل تخصيص غرفة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للعميل كما حصل مع ويذهب فرق السعر لهم. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم

Negative experience: this is the worst company in dubai. the owner of the company is not a conscientious woman who rents an apartment in a broken state, after which she reacts very late or ignores the problems that arise. her representatives took a lot of money from me, now they deny it and she does not return the deposit. she does not know that in this country it is impossible to do illegal things. be careful before using this company. today she came first time and didn’t say any hi and start to fight, even she saw my kids with me.

Fantastic experience: لا تحجز في دبي قبل ما تتأكد من الأسعار عندهم.. غالباً لديهم أسعار أفضل من مواقع النت وكذلك تأجير السيارات

Fantastic experience: They hold very good hotel inventory in Dubai. Had a 4 star hotel booking service from them. They booked Hotel Nojoum (4 Star) for us in very low rate.... Very Good Service and support. Highly Recommended.
