Negative experience: Scammers and very poor customer service, no one wants to attent the request, they are not a UAE company, they are INDIAN company and you can't visit a UAE branch to make the payment, ALL PRICES are FAKE and once you contact them , you will receive totally different prices !!!! ZERO recommendation to use this agency!!

Negative experience: Pathetic Service If you book online you can't get any support/service from any offline office. If you book offline, you have to visit that particular for help, that too makes the service pathetic. Their system is not centralized and call centres support very disappointing. UAE call centres can't help if you have booked from another country.

Negative experience: Sloppy service. I have been chasing Geeta for a simple travel date to Europe in April for over two weeks now. Far off from my experience with them in India. @Akbar Travels - You need to add more people, if your team is overwhelmed.

Negative experience: This is my experience with Akbar travel agency, a cheating agency. They issued one ticket with an airline reference number, but there is no information on this ticket on the airline website. We must forget the name " Akbar Travel Agency" forever.

Negative experience: Very bad service They don’t not respond soon They ask irrelevant documents not required make own rules not as per the embassy for tourism, and act as if they doing a favor on us also after the review was put within an hour the agent contacts sending the screenshot of the review so pathetic hence had to edit the review to add the incident that is the type of service

Negative experience: I have called them so many times they are not responding properly and they promise for a call back and they didn’t now it’s more than a week .

Positive experience: I had taken their service twice and found that outside India their service is fine as we went to georgia ,which was well organised and professionally done,but the kashmir trip was just opposite and really unprofessionally organised. These may be due to lot of local people involvement which is beyond their control to handle .

They are member of iata. They are providing service throughout . they are arranging worldwide tourist information and services. They are providing worldwide tourist services. Please don't pay with credit cards and debit cards, they are charging the service charge, but the beauty is the staffs are inform earlier before the cards usage, they are advised to as, to pay liquid cash.
