Negative experience: Bad experience not compare with the price which mentioned in the website, the buffet wasn't good at all, poor quality, less quantity I'd like to share my deeply dissatisfaction about this experience " Premium Dubai Desert Safari " It's really unexpected such a bad camp in Dubai, not compare at all with the price which mentioned in the website 236 AED per person! For me & my wife 472 AED the buffet was extremely bad, poor quality, less quantity, the taste of the food was horrible and the staff was not professional at all, Really I'll never recommend it to anyone and I'll inform everyone to avoid communicate with your company By the way I found some people paid 99 AED only for the same service!! Really incredible, why this cheating

Negative experience: Worst customer experience and coordination. No confirmation after online booking. They keep wrong address in their details. Even though you share the pin location and address details multiple times, still driver has the wrong address. They are not aware of what they ask from customer, what is required, what is clickable or not. Tomorrow morning 5 am is pick up time and I m still trying to fix the address with coordinator at 9 pm. And this company is not reachable at this time. If I was not careful, I was going to wait tomorrow for nothing and all plan was going to be completely ruined.

Negative experience: Poor service from this company. We weren’t able to use the voucher which was paid for. We paid for an extension and when we tried to use it they said it expired! That is daylight robbery! Very unhappy with your poor service and how a voucher paid for can actually lapse and how we paid for the extension for you to say it can’t be used! Horrendous!!

Negative experience: I am sharing my feedback & super unpleasant experience in the hope that someone will care about the clients and something will change . I had a terrible experience redeeming a voucher that it was gifted to me for my bday via “Dream Days “. Far from dreams ! I called them last week with no success as nobody has answered . I then called the location where I had the voucher and booked an appointment. They told me over the phone to bring the voucher at the time of appointment. That also was not correct . Today 2 h before the appointment I am informed that my booking is not valid caz Dream Days needs to book it for me … I am like : what ? Why didn’t they answer the phone in the first place ? From 9:00 am from the time they supposed to be open until 10:00 am today I had call all the provided numbers like 30 times and nobody answers anywhere . The spa said “if we do not get the money we cannot have this booking “ .. the lady at the spa start explaining to me all the operations behind it … like why do I need to know ? I am just a client. The lady at the “ Dream Days” is saying that we can’t book for today as we need to show this to finance …. Bla bla … I don’t care ! What is wrong with you people ??? I will never ever ever buy or book with this people ever again. You have spoiled my morning , you have waisted 2-3 hours of my time to have this sorted over a dozens calls ... and the customer service is terrible- let alone to tell that this is in Burj Khalifa Prime Location.. nobody has any idea what they are doing and nobody actually cares.. they only care about the money ! Thanks for nothing !

I have a Palazzo Versace Buffet voucher, received on my birthday in September, but I think I have to wait until September- 23 to redeem it. I am calling, online chatting, trying on the website but all tools are useless!!! Can someone help me to redeem or refund it!? Please improve your customer care and website!!!

Negative experience: Need to be selective when partnering with companies that will lead to damaging your reputation. I purchased 2 vouchers through dreamdays for Unique Catamaran marine cruise to celebrate a special occasion. Turned out to be a total waste of money and time. A very unpleasant experience and definitely never selecting dreamdays for any future experience.

Negative experience: Liars. Never use their service. I paid for certain hotels and after taking the money, they said they cannot give that hotel. They refuse to help. Cheaters. Never ever use their service. Specailly a guy named Kevin. He is a disaster

Negative experience: If you are a business, do not engage with this company as they will send you clients but won't make the payment and will ignore all the T&Cs of the signed contract. We have learnt our lesson the harsh way. Threatened with police but they don't seem to care.

Positive experience: Dreamdays has the Excellent Service. Two weeks ago I called up the customer service and a very efficient friendly person in the name of Ms. Angie received my call. She actually organize a wonderful Desert Safari adventure with my family. Angie also gave us a Professional Driver in the name of Mr. Adnan. He will drive you crazy with lots of unforgettable rides and still make you feel safe. He even help my son to feel relax. We had a great time and Thank you!
