Negative experience: Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. I have been a victim of scam/fraud by their sub agents Fina Travel & Royal Travel. Upon requesting Akbar travel to mitigate the issue and refund my amount they stood neutral. I won't be recommending at all as Akbar Travel is not trustworthy agency anymore.

Fantastic experience: since 2018, i always choose akbar travels. i am so glad that until this moment, they are willing to help and assist. It may not please all their clients but for me, i will not trust any travel agencies as much i trust them. Thank you xxx

Negative experience: Staff Jen (filipina) is unapologetic and doesn’t know her job well. Blaming the customer and doesn’t act like a servant. She thinks she owns the Travel Agency.
