Negative experience: Very bad agency wast my money because of wrong estimate of time for visa on time to take the plane then I had to take new ticket and I will pay for it.

Negative experience: Not even 1 star. Dont trust this agency. They just need money. You are the client but they will not really help you. There is this staff named Azees and everyone of them are trained to be liars. I have a long story to tell, but I cant write it all here. They just ruined our life. The victim was our son and he cant come back with us here in UAE. An 8yrs old got a permanent travel ban because they didnt do their job after paying them 4000aed for the request of removing the absconding. All of them money greed liars. Wait for your Karma.

Negative experience: All they did is in name of arranging charters flights from INDIA to UAE .Collected 28500 per pax totally more than 200 Ppl paid kept wait for one week, last moment they dropped the plan n asked to book in scheduled flights,since our money is locked , we left with less choice other than going head with their proposal. They collected hefty charges for cancellation n rebooking. Most disheartening is no transparency in billing and accounts. I would not recommend Alhind to any of my friends ,families and relatives...
