Negative experience: تعامل مع المكتب تعامل سيئ في آخر معاملة من قبل الموظفة سميرة ليس لديها اسلوب في التعامل عملت فيزتين لمدة شهرين وتاخرت في الاستخراج وبتواصل معها لأسباب التاخير وقالت هي م ليها زمب في التاخير بتتكلم بطريقة غير لطيفه وبعد بمرور شهر ونص تطلبت منها الإمداد للفيزا .عندها مشكلة بخصوص مخالفات السودانين مخالفين علي السستم وبتتكلم بصوت عالي مع انو بتعامل معها اكثر من سته سنوات م حصل عندي فيزا مخالفة وسميرة عملت لي حظر في الموبايل وما قادرة اعمل تجديد للفيزا

Negative experience: We always used to buy our family tickets and visas from here, it is our go to travel agency, even if they were expensive than others bcz of Mr Sajjad and Ms Azra and Jaffer, they are very nice. Then I went to buy my cousins visa, there manager started to yell on Mr Jaffer who was dealing with me, Kahlid the manager was so rude and loud, he made me feel so uncomfortable, then he said govt is not issuing visas for Pakistanis. I left the place, same day I applied the visa from another place and it came out successfully. I will never go there again. Terrible experience. I dont know why they have such a nasty staff manager

Negative experience: I already had a visit visa for two month from this agency and wanted to extend it for another month but due to system issues in the agency they’re not able to therefore i have to leave the country instead of renewing it while staying in , the agent ‘samira ‘ was unprofessional ,refused to provide any help or further explanation of the situation and blocked my number. I do not recommend

Negative experience: I went with my sister, we feel so uncomfortable, definitely not a place for women. They dont respect the ladies sitting and Manager Khalid started to yell. Never going there again

Negative experience: As recommended for a colleague I went them to apply for an urgent visa, “they can take it fast”, I followed up daily and request for tracking number they said under process, today is the flight, just now share the tracking and they literally just applied today, very unprofessional, Amira very rude when following up.

Negative experience: They are extremely bad …they don’t know how deal or talk with costumer they will give you visa but they will not extend it because there system is blocked form migration and they will not tell you this from beginning specifically Sameera working as costumer service, who was very rude

Negative experience: The worst agency ever every year i make the visa with them for 350 dhs i went today and they asked for 500 and they started arguing and shouting i went to the agency opposite to them and finished it for 350 my advise stay away not because of the price but for the bad service and disrespect for the customers

Negative experience: You deserve zero. I go outside to withdraw cash as they have extra charges when you used your DEBIT CARD. When I come back, The staff just booked without asking the age of my children, and he booked them as adults. And he don't ask me as well if what time I prefer for our flights. And he booked us with 7 hours interval in MIDNIGHT. Yes! MIDNIGHT! We will be in Airport at 9 PM and our connecting flight will be at 4 AM. And arrival time will be 5:30 AM. To think that I have children with me. Now, I'm having trouble in booking our hotel room as not all hotel have a flexible timings. By the way, my home town is 6-8 hours travel by bus. So, we need to take a rest first before traveling again
