Negative experience: worst service ever!!!!! the agent (harris) didn’t even bother to pick phone while visa was not processed. simply they throw everything on the immigration system and went for sleep… had to wait on airport for the whole night because of the agents poor communication. was trying to follow up from 2-3 days of booking tickets.. but the agent did have tickets in run time worst worst customer service bunch of nonprofessionals……

Negative experience: Very disappointing services, they have took money for 6 seats and gave us 5seats only after police complaint they gave us another person seat and that person was seating on conductor seat . The Hotel was not worth for 1 star also they said 3star hotel, very far from makka ..every time i use to take taxi ..missed fajr prayers no taxi that time..daily 100riyal only for taxi..some time we took bus to reach makka.thanks to government they don't charge for bus transport due to ramdan buses was full busy.. Driver was smoking in bus and we reached makka from abudhabi in 37 hours and in middle bus stopped working then after 6 hours we managed to reach workshop bus driver didn't open ac he said some problem with ac ..our bus did police complain in Saudi Arabia ..we were totally frustrated

Negative experience: DON'T DELETE MY REVIEW. Very unprofessional behaviour since the beginning. Our Umrah journey was really difficult due to mismanagement. It took them days to apply for visa. We had to call them twice everyday. Even then the visa was issued late due to which we were made to leave one day later. Upon entering the bus, this guy comes and tell us you all are going to Madinah first and one day will be deducted from your package. This was totally avoidable and very unfair to everyone of us. We were told there will be families traveling with us. But the bus was full of men. It was difficult to travel with them fighting and asking to stop by after every few kms. The time management was so pathetic by the driver that it took us 36 hours to reach. On top of that, the bus broke down in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours. We were told our hotel is 500-700 metres far from haram. It was okay in Madina, but in Makkah, our hotel was 2.2km far. The rooms were nasty. We couldn't even pray on the floor as you could see years of dust build up. The bedsheets were literally yellow in colour with stains. Even the WiFi didn't work in the hotel. The guide provided by them who was responsible to take us for umrah and back rushed us throughout our umrah and ziyaarats. He didn't let our group go near the Ka'ba saying it will take time. Rushed us through the umrah and didn't even tell us that once you exit after Sa'ee, you won't be able to enter the ground floor close to the Ka'ba unless you wear ehram again. I cried so much because we didn't get to touch the Ka'ba or perform istilam. We didn't have the energy to go to Miqat and wear ehram again because of how much we had to walk from the hotel room already. All in all, it was a nightmare for us. No one was happy with this travel agency, not even a single person. Please stay away.
