Negative experience: bad service Transportation is bad The service in the hotel is bad 4 days no cleaning in Room ‍♂️ Same in Madina Hotel also No cleaning No Guide Person in Both place only they put in hotel after that you cant see that person ‍♂️ I do not advise anyone to go with this conpmay i already face situations that happened with the family. In Makka hotel is too far , there is no bus service from hotel Same in madina hotel also even he didn’t give a catel for family is there is any small baby You cant heat milk for baby In madina you can see the pic how much distance ‍♂️‍♂️ And in Makka more than that

Positive experience: I have been applying for umrah visa at Makkah hajj & Umrah campaigns for a couple of years now. The staff are very cooperative and would guide you with planning your trip as well. If you are planning trip by yourself, before making any bookings or non refundable reservations, make sure to contact staff as they are aware and would inform of any changes in procedures/ policies for obtaining a visa.
