Al Falah Haj & Umrah

Positive experience: Good service

Negative experience: Experience with Al fallah is very very bad. Horrible hotels (al Kiswah in Makkah & Rehab in Marina) and no coordination. There was no maulim to explain. Even ziarat is not done properly everyone just wanted to finish their task. Buses had no air conditioning & the leg space was too compressed. While booking they inform us buses will be new buses & very comfortable. At border they made us wait for 6 hours and then bus got cancelled since the bus was 2012 manufactured.Entire journey became a harassment. While booking they told everything will be comfortable & the reality is totally different. Please do not use their services even for free. May Allah guide them & give naik hidayat.

Negative experience: One of the worst services they provided.they also lied with us they told they will give new buses but they provided the bus of 2012 which is not allowed to enter the KSA we wasted almost 7 hours on KSA border then they arrange another bus also bus driver boarded two illegal person the saudi govt. Catch them.they did not arrange any ziyarat in makka and madina Hotels they provided are very dirty I request you people please do not use the services of Alflah sharjha very very bad experience all theire person in KSA are very rude. Even KSA border when it was delay we asked the the reason of delay driver did not give any reason he rudly told us I dont know

Fantastic experience: They took me for the first Umrah trip a few years back. Good service, the people are really busy so cut them some slack. They know their business and are seasoned players in the market.

Negative experience: My parents went through them for umrah and the management was really poor....to begin with the bus was stranded twice in the middle of nowhere because it ran out of fuel and had to wait for 4 hours just to refuel the bus(that's how irresponsible they are)..... And if it's your first time performing umrah then better look for some other agency because they don't provide you with any guide at the trip so it will be it very difficult for you to and when asked about why they didn't provide any guide they straight up lie to your face that no other agency provides a guide.

Negative experience: One of the worse umrah services i have ever used. Alhumdulillah i have done Umrah quite a few times, but this office provided the worse experience. The employees don't know the saudi rules and regulations.. the bus driver drove as if he had all the time in the world, in addition he was extremely rude and never provided any useful information.. the hotels provided by these people look as if they haven't been cleaned for decades.. no proper classification.. whether u are a bachelor or with a family, u will get a four bed room.. no other option.. they did not visit half the places in madinah.. My advise, choose another office, even if it is expensive.. it would be better to wait then to go with al falah
