Fantastic experience: Very interesting tour. Our guide,Hassan, was informative and very funny! He made everyone feel welcome. Tours starts with info about falcons, scope of the hospital's services, saw the treatment area, saw a treatment on an anesthetized bird! Got to hold a falcon and take photos! Definitely make reservations. Plan on a 40 min taxi ride from the city. The hospital is out past the airport. There is a gift shop and snack shop.

Negative experience: This was my first time booking with SkyJet for visa extension, and I am totally disappointed and faced the following issues : 1) They are overpriced. They claim to be providing good service but not worth the money. 2) My visa for Oman took 3 days, whereas it's usually issued in a day. 3) They don't respond to your questions until n unless you ask them several times. 4) The departure to Oman was at 5.00am, but the bus moved only by 6.15am. I was given the phone number to contact the driver, but when I contacted no one, responded. 5) The bus was an old one with AC not working, chewing gum stuck on the window and seats, conjusted and dirty. It was a small bus wherein more than 30 people were made to sit. When I complained about the same, the agent had no clue and he did not know what to respond. His answers were not convincing at all. 6) The accommodation provided was not up to the mark. We were asked to pay for the printout of the visa. I had to literally check every now and then with SkyJet regarding the visa that I received around 3pm. 7) Was informed that the departure would be at 4 pm but the bus moved only by 5 pm. Was told that everyone will reach Dubai by 7pm_8pm, but we were asked to wait for almost 2 hours, and the departure from Oman was at 8.30pm, which delayed our arrival and I reached around 11.00pm Overall process and journey were very very bad.The only good thing was the driver who was very polite and good. Previously I had booked with a different agency and was provided with exceptional service however I had to book with SkyJet due to non_availability of buses. I am extremely disappointed with SkyJet and would never recommend anyone. I regret my decision as all they did was lie and not what they promised. They are money-making who don't focus on quality or good customer service. This was my first and last time dealing with SkyJet.Please check your options well so that noone is fooled.

Fantastic experience: No complaints, the guys were great at the actual venue. Around an hour and a half kayaking. Good boats, life jacket, bottle of water. The booking via TripAdvisor left a bit to be desired—the name of the company providing the tour (Sea Hawk) was not mentioned and could not be differentiated from the other 2-3 companies offering similar tours. Also we were confirmed for an 07:00 tour when it actually left at 06:00 and the next was not until 08:00. We went as the sea level was getting towards low tide, which meant that a lot of the most interesting parts of the mangroves could not be explored. However, a very welcome complimentary fresh fruit cocktail afterwards and very pleasant staff.

Fantastic experience: The was my wife’s first visit to the UAE and I wanted her to learn about the people and the culture. This was a fantastic visit and especially for anyone with children. The staff explained the history in the UAE and toured the facilities. We saw the birds getting checked over surgery facilities and what things they do for the birds there. Everyone get to hold a falcon and as luck would have it I got to feed one. Definitely on th e list for repeat visits when friends and family visit.

Owner of the travel agency is fraud cheater person .Never deal with skyjet tour and travels .He misguide the people's for the visa cheating the people's and collecting money from them . He took 560 aed from me and provide me fake paper of absconding removed. This travel agency should be closed soon . I have all receipts and I am going to file a case against this agency . Never deal with this type fake agency . There are alot good agencies are there who work honestly .

They told me that within 6 hours they will give me visa and after arriving here in dubai airport i asked him they told me that my visa not came yet. I was staying 2 days at airport after that third day i took ticket from airport and i came to india. They're not professionals so i didn't recommend anyone to visit their agency bcoz i don't want that anyone faced that problems which i faced on airport only by this agency fault. Mr Sharique if you don't know anything then clearly tell the customer please don't take customer's money and harrassed us. Please don't do that with anyone which you have been done with me.

He make fraud with me and now he didn't receive my calls and once I go there they shouted on me and blame me for his fault. His staffs also takes his side. Don't go anyone there he is a fraud guy. Negative experience: Never visit to this agent. Wrost in the country . I request for flight tickets and return ticket for my cousin but they suggested me to do dummy tickets as return tickets and said they will provide me dummy tickets on 10th and I follow up on 10th, again said they will give by 9pm and again I follow up at around 9:30 pm as there was no response. And they said they will provide in the morning but my cousin started his journey by 7 am and I want all documents on hand before he leaves home as he was traveling for first time. I called them, they just disconnected my call by saying “give me more time” This agent keep on lying. After that I told them not to book as I got from another agent and it takes only 5 minutes but they booked in the morning and sent at around 10:30am. I suggest all people not to visit here in future To avoid face unprofessional people

Negative experience: "I recently applied for a visa for my mother through Skyjet Travel and Tourism LLCunder Request 0103021040092023426296132 and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite getting a commitment of visa process completion within two days, the concerned team kept telling me that my application was under process and that Sharjah usually takes more time for processing visa applications. I was even informed that my mother's visa had been approved and that I would receive the physical document shortly. Based on this information, I went ahead and purchased a ticket for my mother as our plan was to have her with us over Eid. However, it turned out that the entire team was just fooling us around, and they had only applied for the visa 10 days later. This unprofessional and fraudulent behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please beware and think twice before dealing with them." It appears that Skyjet Travel and Tourism LLC may have falsely attributed delays in visa processing to external factors such as Sharjah immigration, when in reality it was due to their own mistakes or negligence. It's important for companies to take responsibility for their actions and not shift blame onto others, especially if it results in negative consequences for their customers.

Negative experience: I booked a desert safari on 12th December, 2022 and wanted to share my experience - it was a very bad experience with the car driver for desert safari - 1. Driver didn’t provide any briefing during the drive and was completely rude when we were asking questions and not responding many times 2. Dune bashing was not proper and was just a normal drive in desert 3. He was also hurrying up on everything as he wanted to watch the fifa semi final between Argentina(which was not there only) and guests returned by 8:50 pm despite of commitment till 9:30 pm 4. While pickup also he wasn’t polite and he asked the guests to come and walk towards a far distance and used certain statements which are unacceptable on tourist grounds… Please be very cautious while booking any desert safari services here with the travels

I have taken visa extension service and after spending 17 days they charged me 2 times more than 2000 aed and due to late visa service I have to bear 330 aed as a fine.
