Negative experience: I’m not sure how you found your staff, when a customer calls your are meant to pick up. I called 2 times regarding my booking and the employee picked up the phone 2 times and is not speaking, I can hear the employees in the background… I think that someone from the higher management needs to revise on the team in this branch it’s truly disgusting دقيت عليهم مرتين لكن الموضفين يردون و ما يتكلمون مادري منو معين الموضفين فالفرع ها لكن الخدمة تعبانة يرجو اتخاذ الإجراءات من الإدارة

Negative experience: Before I paid. Things were nearly sufficient to get a booking done. Now that I paid, not even a response to my email, I called the "call centre" or maybe " don't call centre", according to their instructions and was kept on hold for 50 minutes, then I got bored and hanged up. I had to go them again to get a copy of an email :)

Positive experience: I had in my flight because of the delay in answering me and updating me for flight policy regarding PCR test

Negative experience: There are no staff…on a Saturday at 1:30pm Only 1 agent busy with 2 customers who are not wearing masks for the past 70mins 4 other customers are waiting including a guys without a mask 1 agents shows up at 1:40pm and says he needs 10mins to be ready…I guess he was booting up his mainframe computer. Obviously mask on chin and not really bothered Not sure what’s happening here, but there are no covid19 precautions as you can see in the picture and no adhering to any rule, no staff, very slow service…I had to ask the staff to put their masks on, and ask their customers to do so as well!

Fantastic experience: GITESH assisted me at this very stressful time of covid travel. Im from the UK, currently in Dubai and I'm trying to get home to London. Gitesh helped me find the best and most fun option, also saving me alot of money. He was very kind, assisted me with covid testing and helping me book them, also health insurance whilst in Greece. This man has the patience of a Saint, thankyou so much.

Negative experience: Waiting since ONE HOUR! on Friday, only one person serving the customers during the weekend it's ridiculous. Still didn't get to speak with anyone. Let's see how much more it will take.

My wife went to the mall to book a trip for us after work, the team in Dnata mall of the emirates were very helpful and staid overtime to help us finalise the booking process without any complaints. The trip ended up to be one of the best trips we had, the service we received Malasiya was extraordinary without any hassles. I'd like to recognize Ms Melody Mirafuentes for excellemt service and great customer experience. She sent us a welcome card to our hotel room in KL which definitely made our day after the hectic flight.
