Negative experience: Overall a very bad experience. Also, After we asked multiple times about visa processing time as we wouldn’t have applied if it took a month. After explaining the urgency of the situation they assured us it will be done in 4-5 days, after 3 weeks they said they assumed it would take 4-5 days. Companies don’t run on assumptions. They ruined our mood as we had already applied for leave. Huge disappointment.

Negative experience: Charging extra from the said price for the visa!!!! This is not the first time am experiencing such a price hike. While enquiring in person or call they say a price and they issue the visa.While i go for paying they charge me extra and i am forced to pay since they have already issued the visit visa for my kid. Nobody cares about the customer satisfaction and have a very bad attitude. I have given them so many business leads and recommendations (More than AED 7000).But still they behave in such a unprofessional way. THEY JUST WORRY ABOUT THEIR INDUVIDUAL TARGET and doesn't even bother to apologise for the issue. AED 900 they offered the visit visa with change status for my kid and personally called me and said the price is AED 900 ,while i went in the evening to pay they charge me AED 930 . While i asked for the reason for the extra charge of 30dhs ,they said to me that some quotea is filled and for the kid they charge extra 30 dhs. And this is not the first time they charge me extra and am really disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of all the staff in Al Nabbah branch.

Negative experience: To be honest, I never see such an agency that never took responsibility for visa change. Long waiting should need. Even the other agency passenger got visa, still need to sit and wait over there. All the time we need to call and ask them any progress then also they will tell us under processing and need to wait. Still don't understand how the same other flight passenger getting visa approval. From my side I will advice don't go for visa change through this agency. I don't no what about the other sections. ... Anyway this is my first and last time am dealing with you. Thanks to the management and staffs
