Negative experience: only think i can say its waste money and time in the end they are very expensive service ever and i don't recommend anyone to enter this website and or even try to processed any visa required they only typing office only refilling for a form only and they getting it from the embassy website that you cant do it by yourself and cost only for typing of behalf of you 150/-AED and more . call center i think he is Arabic speaker and doesn't have any knowledge and saying to you lies and wrong info and telling you that someone will come with and giving wrong location and plus he is not saying his name to be hidden and no one catch him and complain against him plus on the whatsapp after getting the money they don't care that they need to be with you or not everything for them just copy paste info getting it from their old background info. really i get surpised that i paid service fees i think for 400/-AED and plus i need to pay again 400/-AED at the embassy what a scam company and liars really i wish this company closed or be clear more that with the customers for real no use of them you can do everything by yourself don't be blind and pay this company anything they just cheater

Negative experience: Worst customer experience ever ! I applied for the srilankan visa through visahq and soon immediately 2 hours later , i sent them an email that i would like to cancel my request of which they acknowledged my email and responded that they will process it and get back to me . Later that day after 12 hours , they still went ahead and issued my visa so i am no longer eligible for a cancelation and refund. I kept sending them emails and they kept saying we will look into it until 1 week later , they came back apologizing that they cannot do anything about it. Not to mention that they have charged *2.6 times vs original visa cost if applied directly through embassy. The were just delaying the process , with useless back and forth emails, very disappointing

Negative experience: Shame. I wanted to apply e visa for my wife to Qatar through them. They charged me 468 dirhams and they failed to get me the visa. They kept asking for hotel confirmation they don’t know what they’re doing. At the end I applied for the visa myself via Haya for 100 aed and received it the next half hour. I asked for my refund when they failed for many times they said only 100 Dirham embassy fee you will get. Scam . Of your looking for a visa just do it yourself way cheaper and quicker. Haya they work 24/7 and not from 9 am till 3 like this lazy unprofessional people

Negative experience: Applied for Egypt visa on Feb 19th. Then they got to know that I am eligible for an on arrival visa so I was promised a full refund on the visa payment I had made. April 29th update - still chasing them for the refund with false promises made every single time!!!

Negative experience: Please don't use their services EVER. HORRIBLE. The absolute WORST & UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever encountered. I applied for a Japan tourist visa through these guys and my account manager, Menna was an absolute nightmare. The website mentioned system down and to call, when I asked her to do so, her exact response was "they are rude/disrespectful so I don't want to" . Furthermore, I asked her about some details, to which she said "I don't know, you can call the consulate". She also made my application 5 days AFTER I submitted all my documents. My visa was delayed by a week due to this, and I lost my ticket money as I could not do my trip as planned. Being aware of the processing time and my trip dates, I don't understand how you can apply FIVE DAYS LATE!! As an agency, the basic you expect is that the staff has knowledge and provides you with assistance. None of which this lady had, and in turn was extremely pathetic. If you're desperate and really NEED to use Visa HQ services, work with Austin. He seems to be the only one with a professional and kind attitude in that entire office.

The timeline shifted several times, from Wednesday to Thursday, with unclear updates throughout the day. This uncertainty made it impossible for me to plan my travel effectively, and I missed my flight due to the lack of clear communication and accurate timelines. Customer Service: I also found the communication to be less than satisfactory. Their responses often included promises that weren't fulfilled, and I never received clear timelines for the visa delivery. In conclusion, my experience with VisaHQ was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of clear communication and shifting timelines. While I understand that delays can happen, better communication and more accurate estimates could have prevented the inconvenience I faced.

He seem not knowledgeable & not resolving simple issue which is ( WHERE IS MY REFUND) The don't have customer service which is awkward since all organisations should have one !! No free number, useless chat service.

Negative experience: Not even one star, but I had to add one so I can be able to write the review. Very bad service, they are clueless about certain visa procedures. Refund process is taking more than 2 months. And still didn’t get it. They just rip you off your money. Treating people as ignorant. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful.

After our initial experience in securing Egypt & Saudi visa which were very good, we decided to apply for Canada Visa - of course again through Ms. Shaheen at Visa HQ. Ms. Shaheen knew exactly the quality and quantity of documents required for Canada visa and ensured that every piece of document was up to the mark and expectations of the embassy. Contrary to the general belief that a Canada visa typically takes about 10 months, our applications were approved in a month and our long term multi entry visas stamped were stamped in just over 2 months !! Negative experience: I used their service twice once for Singapore visa and a second time to help with Schengen. The amount of time took much longer than advised, communication and service was extremely poor. I paid for the courier and photos but got none. They told me to cancel my flights the day before travel but then my visa was approved on the day of departure. The second time I realized how useless they were and requested a refund before my application was submitted but till this day I’ve received nothing. Do yourself a favor and go to VFS Global. Although the service there takes ages at least it’s professional.

Negative experience: I needed to travel to China for a business trip. I used VisaHQ services clearly with two goals: 1. Get an urgent appointment to get my Visa asap. 2. Get an extended visa (I needed 5 years Visa). VisaHQ said there was an urgent request process, but I could only get 1 year Visa, which I accepted and moved forward. My first disappointment was when I needed to wait that long for my appointment. I understand it depends on the Chinese consulate, but if they can't control this, they shouldn't sell an urgent request service (which was paid for). My second disappointment, was when I arrived at the Chinese embassy. I was only able to receive a 3-month Visa as I didn't travel recently to China. When I asked the customer service team what the services were, the answer was: 1. Filling the forms (which were done by myself, they just reviewed what I did which was fine). 2. Booking an appointment at the consulate, which the same was done by myself. 3. Give a reminder on the documents needed to be brought to the consulate, and that information was in the same email that the consulate sent to confirm the appointment. From my experience, I won't repeat it. I lost time dealing with so many agents and they did the same I already did.
