Negative experience: can believe this agency will file absconding case for me..I applied a a working permit already but because of them my working permit hasnt approved yet.

Negative experience: Not a good experience indeed. Never will I ever try to go with them again, their customer service is not helpful at all, I kept on sending email for what is the update for my refund as it has been over 3 weeks with no advise of when and how much I will get. Whenever I sent them email they will reply after 3-4days with no clear answer. This is my 2nd time that I experience how poor their customer service and response. I will never try with them again.

Negative experience: I face a terrible experience with lady called Judy and her team leader called may , both of them don’t know about customer satisfaction or how to please their customer and no follow up for my complaint about this Judy , I don’t recommend to deal with this company as they can’t lead their agent nor solving customer problem beside their rude attitude
