We're really sorry for what you went through, but we couldn't find any info about you in our records. We're sure we didn't give you fake visas or tickets. It seems like this review is meant to make us look bad for no reason. We believe in being honest with our customers and providing good service. It's disappointing to see such negative feedback. Negative experience: Worstest service!!!. Absolutely terrible experience with this service. They provided fake visas and tickets, leading to a lot of stress and wasted money. It's unacceptable to deceive customers in such a way. Avoid at all costs and report them to authorities. Be cautious of fake reviews and ratings here. They post our picture in others visa and they then forward it to us to scam us.. don't belive this trust other service which will truly help you rather then getting scam out of this ... Negative experience: The worst travel agency

Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing travel experience that I feel compelled to share with others. The entire trip was marred by numerous issues and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Firstly, the manager Saleem were not interested in sharing proper details. I had to follow up multiple times to get my ticket and other details from him. We were two of us and the flight ticket was received on the same day of our start of travel. We even got two different PNR’s which doesn’t give us an option to even sit together in flight and we left with sitting in the flight like strangers. He did not let us know that if our EID expires with next 6 months then on arrival visa is not possible and he only asked about our passport. We were stuck at AUH airport to sort it out. The airline people had a strict policy so we had to wait. Somehow we got a fake document to show which was given by Saleem and we checked Into the flight or else we had to wait until visa comes and then book another flight. Upon arriving at my destination, I encountered another major setback. The visa issue was back again upon arrival and leave us no choice to wait for 3 hours stranded without any help, no water. We had to wait for 3 hours to get express visa to exit the immigration. We paid almost double so that we can get visa in 3 hours. We arrived the hotel and from outside it looked alright. The room he had booked was a nightmare. It was disgusting with no proper locks and any working sockets. It had cockroaches everywhere and mould in the bathroom. Saleem did not left a single chance to literally ruin the vacation. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' needs was appalling. We had to book our own hotel and move as it matters the safety. Saleem did not had a single ounce of apology feeling that because of him there was someone’s vacation which was ruined and there was no correcting measures he was taking who reached the hotel after flight and delays and every other issues from the beginning of the journey. Overall, this travel experience was a complete letdown, it was a series of unfortunate events that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise others to avoid this particular travel company and there are undoubtedly better options available. Even now we have been following up for the compensation there is not a single apology call or a reply for our message or email has come. The whole management is copied in the email but not a single person knows how to do customer service. No one has even responded. I mean if you do not want business just leave and don’t ruin someone’s leisure time. I do not recommend this company to book and I would even say if you don’t want to be stranded in a different country there are multiple professional options available.

This email included payment details, an invoice, and a package confirmation, with a specific mention that tickets would be shared shortly. Contrary to your review, the tickets were, in fact, sent on October 6, 12:00 pm, two days prior to your travel date.Concerning seat selection on Wizz Airlines, their policy mandates payment for preferred seating. While random seats are provided for free check-in, Saleem, to enhance your experience, performed web check-in and sent boarding passes 24 hours before the flight. However, specific seat preferences you were not communicated.In regards to EID for Visa on Arrival, Saleem advised on the necessity of 6 months EID validity and recommended an E-visa. Unfortunately, your request for an E-visa just two days before travel was outside the processing timeframe. The temporary document provided was explicitly communicated as such, and Saleem clarified its nature. Any delay in Baku was a result of this last-minute request.Regarding hotel arrangements, we provided hotel vouchers, and any dissatisfaction could have been addressed directly with them. The reported issues with locks and sockets were acknowledged by Saleem, who offered a resolution within half an hour. Regrettably, you opted to change hotels without informing us, who had also provided a 24/7 emmergency support number in case of immediate assistance.While we empathize with the challenges faced during travel, it's crucial to consider the comprehensive efforts made by our team. We encourage open communication to promptly address concerns and ensure a positive travel experience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we remain committed to improving our services.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever. They will tell you less money from the market and then when you sign up with them and stuck at the airport. They will ask for more money to give urgent visa.
