Negative experience: worst travel agency when you apply for a family visa from the tourist visa of SATA travel agency, they will put you on the black list and tell you that there is a penalty in the amount of 2k, but in dubai immigration see in their system that there is no penalty, be careful in SATA

Negative experience: today is 15/November/2022 at 10:30am This branch staff behaviour is not good. he doesn't know how to talk with customers. he don't know how to respect to the customers. i think he should go customer behaviour training center.

Negative experience: أما عن مطار الشارقة فهو مطار قليل المساحة قياسا بالمطارات الأخرى الموجودة في دولة الإمارات الجانب الفني من الداخل غير مدروس بشكل جيد وغير منظم وأرى الاهتمام الخارجي أكثر بكثير من الاهتمام الداخلي نتمنى للقائمين عليه اهتمام أكبر ودراسة تقنية وفنية قياسا بالمطارات الأخرى ولكم دوام التوفيق والتقدم
