Sharjah Airport Travel Agency - SATA, is owned by Sharjah Airport Authority, Government of Sharjah and was established in 1985, primarily to cater to the needs of passengers travelling through Sharjah International Airport. In 2001, SATA decided to change its strategy by deciding to position itself as a professional travel agency capable of taking up any challenge, competing with existing premium travel agencies. As a result SATA moved its head office to Sharjah with the vision to spread its wings first within the emirate of Sharjah and later on all over the UAE.

Positive experience: Good service for handling customers issues professionally. I was facing visit visa insurance issue and got assistance quickly and hassle free. Secondly, when I need visa extention from same company but another branch, they also supported me providing the required extention quickly and hassle free. I like and recommend to others too for such kind of services

Negative experience: Worst service, they don't even care that customer is waiting. I wait more than 15 min in front of them but they didn't asked any thing from me only she were on the phone or talking to other colleague and once I was leaving they didn't care about it and didn't say anything thing.
