Negative experience: Very rude and unprofessional call center agent(s). اتصلت للاستفسار عن الحج و العمرة، وسالته اذا بالامكان الحجز من الان و الطريقة للحج: رد علي بطريقة جدا جدا غير لبقة بلهجة مصرية "بقولك انه الباكيجز لسا ما نزلوش" من المفترض ان يجذبون المتصلين للحجز و وضع لائحة "waiting list “ بدل تطفيش المتصلين قم تحبيبهم بالعمل الذي يقومون به من اول اتصال /تجربة سيئة

Negative experience: ما رضيوا يطلعوا فيزا بدون باسبور ضمان يحجزوه عشان سوري مع انه مقيم بالبلد من ٢٠١٣ و شغال الهندي وقت كلمته بالتيلفون قال ما فيه شروط وصلت المكتب طلعوا بشرط الضمان حاولت معاهم بضمان فلوس بدل باسبور قام طلب ٢٥ الف !! بالنهاية رحت لمكتب تاني و شاف اول اقامة ليا بالبلد تاريخها ٢٠١٣ و طلعلي الفيزا و بنفس السعر و بدون شي ضمان حتى

Negative experience: المعامله سيئه كنت رايح فعلا عشان احجز و ادفع وغيرت رأي ورحت مكان اغلي بس عشان التعامل من الموظف شريف

Negative experience: Very bad service, they are not helping at all, once I talked to them and send my documents, they said we are not working with Syrian people, what is that mean??? it is only Umrah visa Update: You are lying, I have old passport with new Emirate ID, what is the problem about that Very bad service with lying

Negative experience: Experience?? I was calling to enquire about Umrah and the person he answered me was so rude and he was answering me with impolite way , he doesn’t want to answer my questions and he is not helpful at all , i called to complain and Irfan answered me and i am asking for a manager to speak with , he told me we are working without manager I will never interact with such (unprofessional service)

Fantastic experience: ممتازين جزاهم الله خير. تعاون لإنهاء جميع الأمور. أسعارهم طيبة حتى مع فندق مقابل الحرم. المواصلات في السعودية ممتازة متوفرة من المطار للفندق و من الفندق للمطار. تكفي معاملتهم الطيبة و إنهاء جميع المعاملات عن طريق الهاتف فقط.

Negative experience: It was in Ramadan and they partnering with another agent not their own trips, very late notification for all appointments even when the bus will move from Sharjah. Hotel in Macca not clean and left early in the morning to Madina although the hotel there is not ready. So, we have to pass by a couple of places to watse sometime for them to get ready and what i knew later that they haven't confirmed with hotel. There is a lot to say but in general poor organization and bad experience

Fantastic experience: مكتب شعائر للحج والعمره والسياحة والسفر يقدم جميع الخدمات للحجاج والمعتمرين بأسعار مناسبه وخدمات راقيه لن تجد مثلها في اي مكان آخر الى جانب خدمة السياحه للوجهات الأكثر طلبا والجديد والمفاجأ لديهم خدمه السياحه العلاجيه الى تايلند وتركيا أفضل المستشفيات والأطباء وبأقل الأسعار والحجز مباشر وسريع
