Positive experience: Tur rehberimizin otelden bizi almasıyla başladı. Önceden söylediği saatte geldi. Çok samimi ve dost bir insan. Kendisini (Abdul Salaam) gerçekten çok sevdik. Safari deneyimimizi daha da eğlenceli yaptı. Yemekler de güzeldi. Özellikle ateş show harikaydı. Tek eleştirim tüm program boyunca her şeyi süratle ve hızlı bir biçimde yaptırıyorlar. Bu firmanın politikası sanırım, bazı şeyleri yapmaya vaktiniz kalmıyor acele ettiriyorlar. Örneğin deve üstünde fotoğraf çekemedik. Bunun dışında çok eğlenceli ve zevkli bir tur oldu. Negative experience: We went on their desert safari. Awful treatment. Staff was rude. Bad food. Even the performers were not upto the mark. Booked tickets from trip advisor. Please dont book their desert safari if you dont want to ruin ur experience of Dubai.

Negative experience: Rude and arrogant staff, specially ( Ali ) shisha maker, insisted to leave the table since its reserved. No signs for reservation applied. Just in case of giving table to someone who can have shisha and give them money, they can pull you out from the place were you are seated. Arguing and body language as if they will fight. No action taken from the management even I have given my feedback. Make sure if you have important guest and you want to impress them or make them explore the city attractions don't choose alibhai dada, they will make you ashamed. Spent my money with my entire family and guest from my country, and experience was worthless

Negative experience: You are wost agency and you are *bullsht... You didn't give notice or inform my work office there in Bahrain that there is cancel flight for Philipine Airlines here in Dubai today, 31 of May 2022. The PAL said you should give notice long time before as we bought the ticket in your agency. And now I got stuck here in Dubai waiting another 24 hours... I need to pay again the rebooking of my domestic flight in Philippines because of your stupidness.

Negative experience: What a surprise we got on Aug 10,2019. Average quality food,Poor sitting arrangement,paid AED300 extra for table & 4 chairs,No Fruits,No Coffee,Justone Man, One Lady for Belle dancing. 70 minutes all done. We booked through Travel agent. May be charge extra and give better quality as it may be lief time experience.

Negative experience: The con artist of Dubai. Their safari base is the worst on the planet. They up-sell you and if you don't follow them they can get nasty with you. I left my glasses there by mistake which i never got them back after making several calls and writing text messages. As a visitor i would urge people never ever to fall into their trap of their lousy vip services. Moreover the food sucks massively.

Fantastic experience: Our travel guide used these guides for our dessert safari experience. They provided an excellent service. The designated driver came to pick us up on time. And he was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Enjoyed the dessert safari very much. I'd say it is a must do activity in Dubai.

Negative experience: We booked for Overnight Dessert Safari. What a dissapointment. Food was horrible, no fruit or snacks as promised, no arabian coffee as promised. When they start getting the tent ready, they gave us chusions we sat on in sand for the 2minute show. Lady that did the Henna painting was talking over phone while doing my painting. No arabian experience at all.

Negative experience: Had terrible experience. Driver pressured us to spend money on everything. At the end dropped off us at the entrance road to the hotel, not inside, but all other tourists were dropped off at the lobby. Discrimination at it’s best.

Positive experience: Desert safari it's good but food is terrible Not for family place

Negative experience: Their Desert Safari camp in Al Awir area was full of disappointments. Packed with people and long lines/wait for everything: food, snacks, drinks, henna, camel rides .... etc. Food and drink quality and variety was poor. Seating was uncomfortable and Bathrooms were disgusting. On top of that staff were so rude and had no clue what customer service meant. We'd never repeat this experience again!

Negative experience: The desert safari camp was terrible. Staff were very unprofessional, food and drinks quality was very poor, and wasn't clean. It was packed with people as they share the camp with many tour companies. Unfortunately we had tourists with us to show them around and this definitely wasn't what we had expected and paid for.

Positive experience: i like dadabhai travels for desert safari and use this service again and again
