Fantastic experience: Used the transport services from Royal Gulf Tourism through MMT booking. Their drivers are highly experienced and so well behaved. They even helped us by giving important info whereever required or asked by us. Our package had private transport for all sight-seeings and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. I must mention their driver Babar bhai who, helped us when on the last day while on our way to airport we forgot a phone in his vehicle. He not only came all the way from a very far off distance but also did not accept the little reward we offered him for his good deed, out of appreciation for him. An honest and good company with great services.

Positive experience: Overall good experience. Guides, Drivers are highly professional and exceptional approach. We booked a 5 nights trip with MMT. The booking and follow up was exceptional and they even kept following up and shared emergency nos before hand. But would have liked a briefing by the online team to guide on what to expect and if required make amends. Eg. Bhurj Khalifa took us 1.5 hrs only to enter, and we had no time to have dinner. We could have upgraded accordingly and reached the ticket counter early. Would have also loved for the ground support team to be little more supportive and understand concerns of travellers. In the Abu Dhabi tour there are no stops/guidance for dinner and we only reached back at 11:00 pm after which again dinner wasn't possible. Felt bad for the families with small kids.
Fantastic experience: Everything was well organized. My very special thanks to 2 drivers during my tour. Mr. Arif Kazi and Mr. Yousaf. They are very polite and friendly and will go out of the way to give you a good service. Keep up the good work.
Negative experience: Terrible experience with royal gulf in dubai. I had planned a dubai package through mmt and royal gulf is a partner of mmt. I would suggest not book any packages where royal gulf is providing the services in dubai. They dont even care to give their customers liberty for submitting anonymous feedback. They recorded the video in the bus where they asked for feedback and when they didnot have any response from people then they stopped recording. Believe me or not but try avoiding any travel arrangements with Royal Gulf in Dubai.

Negative experience: I had planned my trip via MMT. My bookings were for the new year. i had booked the dhow cruise for 31st , Royal Gulf told me the pickup for dhow cruise would be 19:30 to 20:00 hrs. The driver was at my hotel by 15:55. i called royal gulf and they assured me that the pickup time is still same. then i got the call from Tour Dubai representative that your dhow cruise was booked with us and they had already informed royal gulf that the pickup timings were changed. but Royal Gulf didn't communicated with me. then again royal gulf called me and told me to get ready in 15 mins. the driver would wait only 15 mins orelse i need to arrange my self transfer. i was with my family and how can you ask someone to get ready in 15 mins? and i was with my family so how we all get ready in short notice. if they had been conveyed about time change they why did they didnt communicated with me? and how can you tell to your customers that if you dont get ready in given time you arrange your own transfer? we had payed for that things and the miscommunication was from your end not from my end. apart from this after reaching to marina the cruise operator told us that your name dosen't appear on our list so please come aside. i contacted royal gulf regarding this but they just wasted our time telling us we are co-ordinating with our team and blah blah. but no one called us and finally when i told them i would be going back to hotel then they sent me the booking confirmation. my question is cant you send the booking confirmation prior to pickup? every tour operator got someone from their team to make sure all the customers had boarded the cruise. and here these people were just sitting in the office and tells you what to do. apart from these things i had booked for dessert safari with a night stay. after reaching over there we get to know there was no one except my family. if this were the things cant you clarify with us before booking or a day before that you are the only one who is going to stay over there. i just found so many workers who were cleaning the ground and we were told to stay with the same people. the difference would be they are sleeping in rooms and we in the tent. just wanted to know is this your service? this is how you are treating people? i would recommend to everyone whoever is reading this review don't ever trust this guys these people just snatch your money and in the name of customer support they just force you to do things what they want.

Positive experience: Had an average experience with them. My tour was handled over to them by Indian Trip planner. Things went very well: 1. Airport pickup 2. On-time picukp for the planned sites. 3. Guide was amazing and soft-spoken. 4. Hotel location was great. 5. Almost all the attractions were added to the package. Things didn't go well: 1. Hotel staff was not very supportive and a bit rude. 2. Airport drop cabs staff was a little unprofessional. They could have been a little polite. 3. Desert safari driver was also very unprofessional.
Negative experience: The WORST….Royal Gulf tourism Only the name is ROYAL but they are BEGGER in tourism service is what i can say about them. Very bad kind of tourism service. The management team has attitude with everything.they have very nice explanations that how they were only right then it might be any issue. For 2 times last year with me & my family for dubai trip we experienced the same. Never ever chose Royal gulf Tourism No any kind of support No issue solving I think the Owner has trained the team for being with attitude & to give worst service.
Negative experience: Royal Gulf is a group of cheaters. I can write at least 10 reasons where they have cheated. Airport pickup, the 7seater cab was not provided as committed. One day the driver left us in the middle of monorail station and we lost 1 hour for boarding and lost our hours to spend in the water park. Driver left us at Frame and we were searching for him for 45 mins and then came back to hotel by taxi. No one listens in this group. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST FOR THIS ROYAL GULF TOURS OF DUBAI TO ANYONE.

They are picking customers from Jumeira, but we were staying near to Jumeria , at Discovery Garden , but we were informed to come to mall of Emirates , Also the service very poor , driver was good but the organizers are not professional

Positive experience: I went to Dubai and my Indian travel agency had handovered the tour to them. Airport pickup was good and most of the things went well. But don't expect any cooperation from the team. Driver can be late for half and hour but you can't be late for more than 1 minutes than he said. And irony is Royal gulf doesn't have any control over them. So think twice before you go with them.

Negative experience: Called them to ask about a visa extension. Really unprofessional way of speaking. I had a doubt so I asked him "Why?" very politely. The person on other end says " It's the law. What why?" is a very harsh tone. And then disconnected the call mid-conversation. Pathetic support.

Fantastic experience: It was our first trip to Dubai for 5d 4n trip. Royal Gulf Tourism who handled our trip in Dubai were sheer professionals. They were curt and happy to served us efficiently so that we could take in the best that Dubai had to offer. They picked up from Dubai airport on time. The hotel was good. The dinner on the boat while sailing on creek river coupled with dance and magic show was excellent. I have to mention about the Dubai and Abu Dhabi tours. The tours were conducted with able guides, Sheeba and Mohammed. They are full of information and very pleasant and gave us a lot of relevant information. The city tours would not have been interesting without them. Desert safari was the best of the lot. The Indian counterparts Travel Triangle had botched up our travel itinerary for the later half. This mismanagement from the Travel Triangle was deftly handled and were guided really well by Royal Gulf Tourism. Because of the mess caused by Travel Triangle and though there was no mistake from Royal Gulf, they still cared about us and infact gave us complimentary passes for Ferrari World, which was not part of the itinerary. The three tickets cost more than Rs. 18000 and was completely free. We had a gala time in Ferrari world, thanks to Royal Gulf. We specifically want to thank Ms. Olivia and Ms. Reema from Royal Gulf for taking care of the minutest of details and letting us enjoy every moment of Dubai holidays.

Negative experience: Waiting time at lobby for pickup is 30 min to 1hr, dont expect a great service. Marina cruise dinner was so pathetic. With baby i wait at every location atleast 30 min be it at lobby or for hotel drop...i am very disappointed rather than a good vacation they have given me mental harsment

Negative experience: It’s a well managed company but unfortunately my review is just 2* and the reasons are the following 1. Very poor response in WhatsApp for the questions I was asking prior to my trip 2. I asked for extension of trip and asked for quote. Responded in WhatsApp saying “we will quote “ but not responded 3. No flexibility - I asked for the early pick up for Dubai mall and it’s denied saying it’s a shared pic up.. it’s a valid reason but I felt their response is too yes or no 4. Airport transfer - this is the one really made me to make a 2* review. They said 10PM pick up for a 2:20AM flight and I agreed as they know what time I should be picked better than me. I reached airport at 10:05 as they picked me at 9:45.. after standing in the queue for 30 min and getting my turn the check in staff said that flight check in starts at 11:20 which is almost 1 hour far .. 5. The driver who picked us for Dubai site seeing was rushing like hell and he was shouting at someone about the delay in some guests made which make his schedule delayed etc .. unfortunately it was in my mother Tongue and I could understand all those. He should understand that these kind of rough conversations will create a negative mood in a holiday trip !! These guys are in this profession and they must know this better than me .. they could have picked me from hotel at 11 instead of 10 Meanwhile I really appreciate their staff who did 1. airport receiving and dropping 2. Desert safari
Negative experience: Not a good experience with Royal Gulf Tourism LLC. The contact person Ms Olivia Evans did not pick my phone even once, and neither called back. They used to drop us at the tourist spot informing about time of pick up, without any information regarding who will pick us up. We did not even know the name of the driver, nor the bus number nor the drivers mobile number. We had to come to the parking and ask each and every bus driver if he was from Royal Gulf. Annd the worst part was that we had a window of only 10 minutes. Once Ms Olivia gave us the number of the wrong driver, and did not even pick up the phone. Even the drivers are not given the guests number. The only saving grace was the driver Mr Nabeel who took us to the desert safari. He was very good. I would NOT ADVISE to book from Royal Gulf
Fantastic experience: We stayed at Dubai for 7 nights. Hotel apartments + each location to visit + transportation etc. were arranged by Royal Gulf Tourism. We enjoyed a lot. We did not have any issue at hotel or any other place during visit. Thanks a lot for making our tour very memorable.

Negative experience: We asked for either 2 bedroom suite or atleast 2 interconnected rooms. And guess what. They couldn't find one in entire Dubai. Worst client dealing.

Negative experience: They sent me an email with the time of my plane departure from Dubai and the time I would be picked up. I wrote back that the plane departure was wrong. My plane was leaving a half hour earlier and I needed to be picked up earlier. I didn't hear from them for more than 6 hours saying I was right about when my plan was leaving, but nothing about when they would pick me up. When I waited for them to pick me up - and it was getting past the time when I would be able to make my flight, I took a taxi. They refuse to reimburse me because they say I was a No Show.

Negative experience: They are cheaters. They booked our entire tour of Dubai from 20th Nov to 25th Nov 2018. On 22nd Nov we (myself and my wife) were booked for Desert Safari at Dubai. We are of the age of 60 years. They sent a vehicle for our tour in which only back most seats were vacant. We tried to get into the vehicle but found that there was no leg room available. We complaint it to the vehicle driver. He talked to Royal Gulf office and then informed us that Royal Gulf is arranging another vehicle for us. After saying this he left with the vehicle. We kept waiting for another vehicle, but that didn't come. When we contacted Royal Gulf office they told an entirely different story. They said that the driver had informed them that there is an iron rod in our legs, hence we can't sit in the vehicle. That is why they had cancelled our tour and asked driver to leave without us. We informed them that there is no iron rod in our legs. It is entirely a false information. We asked them to punish the driver for giving such a wrong information. Also requested them to reschedule our tour. But Royal Gulf kept on insisting what driver told them and refused to reschedule the tour without extra cost. They have also forfeited our money which was already given to them in advance for desert safari tour. Also they stopped responding to our messages and calls later till the end of our tour. We would like to caution all readers to be beware of such cheater, who are behind money without providing any service.
Hello, Mr. Aditya. We appreciate the feedback. However, this is a biased version of events. You had taken a shared transfer service with us. Which means you had to share the vehicle with the rest of the passengers. And according to those passengers (we are still touch with them) they told us that you were the ones to say that you had an iron rod in your leg, and wanted a better seat. It is a shared transfer service, other passengers weren't willing to give away their seats. Our driver still waited for over 40 minutes to accommodate you, he even provided options of a vehicle change from the meeting point prior to the dune bashing. but you weren't willing to accept them. Then he had to leave because there were other passengers in the car. Now when a guest doesn't show up for a booked service (Desert Safari) we have to pay "no show charges" to the provider and that is why we couldn't give you the refund. We informed the agency through which you booked the trip, and they agreed with our chosen course of action, as well as advised us that that there was no valid reason to issue refund, either. We have been bringing people from several parts of the world to the UAE, for over 25 years now. We wouldn't still be here if they didn't trust us or if we were to engage in the above mentioned shenanigans, just to make a small profit. We wish you and your wife, our very best and, would like to convey our deepest regret for this difficult endeavour during your holiday.
Positive experience: We had a great experience with the Royal gulf tourism team at every moment. The guides thst were provided to us for the city tour was too good in explaining about the city Dubai and the Abu Dhabi. Specially the Dubai city tour guide was just too good in communication. Also the pick up time was good from the hotel as and when prior communicated and also special thanks to Akshay who took time to call and explain us the entire tour details post the initial flight hazards that took place due to miscommunication of the Journey cook team here in India. overall it was a great experience with them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I booked three tours and airport transfers with the Royal Gulf Tourism and everything went were well. The pick up from the airport was pleasant. The driver waited for us despite the long customs and immigration procedures. The Information package we received was very helpful and included the pickup times and general information. About staying in Dubai. The vehicles we used were clean and in good condition and the drivers very pleasant and informative the half day tour driver was exceptionally good and went out of his way to help us including taking our group to change currency. The dhow Cruise was also good and the driver came on time to pick us and To drop is back at the hotel. The desert safari was an experience. Some of the group members were not aware of what to expect during the dune bashing otherwise it was great. The buffet dinner at the camp was plentiful and sumptuous and the show superb. Royal Gulf Tourism staff were kind enough to agree to my request for early pick up to the airport. All in all the staff were. Operative and the service top notch. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. I will surely recommend the company.
