Negative experience: Very bad travel company. They don’t answer calls. I took my family to Poland with them. They booked me flight on FlyDubai without meal without informing me. They booked me log cabin far away from anything else. No grocery or houses near. Straight from flight to this place. I called them sever times. No answer. Finally I went and booked a hotel on my own expense.

Negative experience: من اسوء الشركات السياحة … نصب واحتيال .. الغوا حجوزاتي وانا خارج الدولة .. واحاول اتواصل معاهم ولا يردون … ومبالغي المدفوعة لم تسترجع .. الدائرة الأقتصادية تقول ان الشركة مغلقة … شو الحل

Negative experience: الاعلان شي والواقع شي ثاني تماما. اول واخر مرة نتعامل وياهم وما انصح حد يتعامل معاهم Edit: They scammed us and we never got to travel with them. I can’t believe that consumer protection is also unable to do anything about all the scamming that was done by them. I suggest everyone to complain directly to the authorities instead.

Negative experience: This is the worst company I have ever seen, they are neither respected nor trusted. When we appealed to the relevant authorities to restore our rights, they simply disappeared. Тhey maliciously deceived us.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEY DIDN'T ARRANGE FOR THE TRIP !!! I TRIED CONTACTING 3 AGENTS and they are just ignoring my messages and not responding back !!! I was supposed to travel in December!!! They ruined my vacation & took my money!!!!

Negative experience: Poor travel agent, where they book for you with outside travel agency, and get you in trouble and the outside foreign agency get you involved and send gangsters to you to bully you and they call the police for you while you are abroad for not receiving their money. Be careful of falling for their fake promises. They even book the poorest locations and worst travel transportation abroad just to gain profit, and not caring about the customers at all, even if you get in trouble abroad.

Negative experience: لا يوجد أي احترافية في العمل و الحجز - تم الغاء حجزي بعد الدفع و كملت شهر انتظر استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع ولكن وعود فارغة كل مرة يتأجل موعد الاسترجاع اسبوع .

Negative experience: شركة نصب و احتيال دفعت ٩٠٠٠ لرحلة الشفق القطبي في فنلندا و قبل السفره بيومين قالوا لي الرحله انلغت لكن حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل و بينا القانون ف بلادنا حقنا ما بيضيع باذن الله

Negative experience: مع احترامي للجميع ، انا الصراحه جربتهم ورجعت من السفر قبل يومين ! لكن خدمتهم سيئه جدا و توهقت في السفر و يطرشولي الحجوزات متاخرين ومعلومات غير يعني حتئ الغرف الي طلبتهم ب الفنادق ودافع عليه مبالغ يوم وصلت اهناك اكتشف انه ارخص غرفه حاجزيلي حتئ دخولي للغرفه انتظرت قريب ال5 ساعات واكثر يعني انا جدا تعاملت مع وايد مكاتب لكن عمري ما صادفت مكتب بهاي الطريقه Got a bad experience with them honestly, they will promise you for the best service but when you will travel you will be surprised, I got a cheaper room then I paid and I expected ! I waited around 5 to 6 hours for check in , and wait for changing so I hope they will be much better and improve their service

Negative experience: اخر مره احجز عند الشركه هذي 1-اول مره 2019 ف بولندا ما اكدوا لي الحجز. 2-والحين ف اسكتلندا انصدمت انه فندق ثاني غير عن الي حاجزنه وما بلغوني فيه طبعا 3-الشركه الغت السايق والبديل محد بلغه ورحلتي اليوم ف ما يرون علينا الى بالضرابه الحين دافع مبلغ على كل شي وفوق هذا قال حط سايق احتياط ورسل لنا الفاتوره علشان الشركه ترجع مبلغ الدفع ف اظن هذا حلم انهم يرجعون المبلغ الي بدفع للتاكسي وحقي الي دفعته وقت حجزت عندهم 20-11-2023 علشان يرجعون المبلغ لازم اركض شرق وغرب حتى الي بالتعليقات نصهم محد عوضهم ف بشوف لما ارجع شو بصير ما بسكت عن حقي لو اطول السالفه سنه

Negative experience: من أسوأ الشركات الي تعاملت معها لا مصداقية ولا احترافية ناس ما عندها اي خلفية عن الحجز ولا الفيزا.في شهر ٨ ٢٠٢٣ حجزنا رحلتين لارمينيا وجورجيا وتم التاكيد من الشركة اننا لا نحتاج فيزا مسبقا لأرمينيا وعندما ذهبنا للمطار لم نستطيع صعود الطائرة لاننا ليس لدينا فيزا لأرمينيا وموظف المطار اكد لنا ان شركة السفر اعطتنا معلومات خاطئة . ما قمنا به اننا في وقتها حجزنا من جديدعلى جورجيا ودفعنا ٢٠٠٠ درهم زيادة بعد تاكيد شركة السفر انهم يرجعو المبلغ الينا و ارسلنا للموظفة الفاشلة احلام الفواتير لتقوم بتحويل المبلغ كما وعدت لكن كذبت بعد ان قمنا بالحجز. ثاني شي حجزت لنا اسوء فنادق جورجيا وعند وصولنا الى الفندق قالو لنا لا يوجد حجز لكم هنا وعاودت الاتصال ف الموظفة احلام لتقوم بحل المشكلة . وهذا تاني خطأ تقوم به لاننا انتظرنا ف الفندق كثيرا . لم تقم بحجز اي رحلات تذكر . رحلة واحدة فقط ف اليوم!!! جميع الايام قمت ببحثي الخاص على الاماكن السياحية لاستطيع قضاء يوم كامل. لم تساعدنا بأي شي. وثالثا الفندق الثاني والاخير اخبرتنا اننا لدينا حجز ف فيه وعندما ذهبنا قالوا لا يوجد حجز واكتشفنا انها عن طريق الخطأ حجزت لنا في فندق اخر ولم تخبرنا به. وضاعت هذه الليلة علينا ف الفندق الاخر و قامت بتدبير حجز ف الفندق الاول وتحملت كامل التكاليف لفشلها. واخيرا بعد انتهاء الرحلة ذهبنا في شهر ٩ الي مكتبهم في دبي في البزنس باي لتقديم شكوى لانهم لم يقومو بارجاع المبلغ المتفق عليه. وقابلنا المسؤول ووعدنا بارجاع الفلوس وارسل ايميل رسمي يتضمن المدراء جميعا الي يومنا هذا ونحن الان في شهر نوفمبر ٢٠٢٣ لا يوجد اي تجاوب ولا اي رد لانهم نصابين و كذابين وفقط ياخدو فلوس حرام . لا احلل ولا درهم ذهب الى هذه الشركة ولن اسامحهم الي يوم الدين شركة النصب والموظفين الفاشلين. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم . Please people this is fake company collect money from people and there is no accurate booking they make and visa information they dont have. We booked with them to armenia and georgia. Our flight to Armenia got canceled because they told us ( agent Ahlam) you can get visa on arrival in which airport agent said this is wrong information. We booked to Georgia on spot just not to go back home .we paid 2000 extra for new tickets in which she promised to refund the money until date they did not refund the money. Wrong hotel booking she made . No tours she put for us. They promised to refund us money and they lied to us. . We went to their office in dubai and complained the manager promised to refund the money and apologized to us but he is abig liar just wasting time to avoid refunding money. Please be aware from them . The whole trip we paid extraaa money because of their stupidity and unprofessional way and no accuracy and integrity . And this agent ahlam she is rude and have bad attitude .

Negative experience: This is a misunderstanding, not an agency, that deceives not only its customers, but also its partners. We have applied to the relevant courts to resolve our issue. Advice to all, stay away from this company, it's a bunch of scammers, led by the director.

Negative experience: These guys are scammers.They changed the trip schedule without informing me, and they promised they return my 2500 AED in 20 days. It has been more than 2 months now. And no one is responding to my whatsapp, calls and Instagram message.

Here is a summary of the issues I encountered: False Visa Information: The agency provided inaccurate information regarding visa requirements for the destinations we intended to visit (Armenia and Georgia). This misinformation led to significant inconveniences during our trip, including a canceled flight due to incorrect visa advice. Unfulfilled Promises: The agency failed to deliver on its promises, including a commitment to refund the extra money we had to spend due to their mistakes. Despite multiple assurances from their staff, the refund has not been processed to date. Incorrect Hotel Bookings: The accommodations they arranged were not as per our booking preferences, and we ended up with incorrect hotel bookings that did not meet our expectations. Lack of Tours: Despite assurances of tour packages, no tours or activities were arranged for us during our trip, leaving us without the planned experiences we had anticipated. Unprofessional Conduct: One of their agents, Ahlam, demonstrated rude and unprofessional behavior, which only added to the frustration and disappointment of our experience. We attempted to resolve these issues by visiting their office in Dubai and speaking with the manager. While he apologized and promised refunds, these commitments were never fulfilled. It became apparent that their intent was to evade responsibility rather than uphold integrity and professionalism. I strongly urge all potential travelers to exercise caution when dealing with this agency. It is essential to thoroughly research and verify the credentials and reliability of any travel service provider before engaging with them. My hope is that by sharing this unfortunate experience, others can avoid falling victim to the same misfortunes I encountered. Negative experience: Unprofessional staff and management, are giving fake information regarding the trip and hotels, they are not answering calls or WhatsApp messages (especially Goerge & Abdulrahman). I transferred the first payment last month and I wanna transfer the remaining after all the complaints I submitted only to try to solve it and travel by mid-September, They don't answer to take the money and they don't want to give my money back. Very bad company that deserves to be closed, and I submitted a complaint yesterday to the Department of Economy & Tourism & DED. الشركة والموظفين ما عندهم مصداقية ولا مهنية بالشغل. التعامل جدًا سيء من أصغر موظف للإدارة والتعامل مع الشكاوى )جورج وعبدالرحمن والمدير(.. أخدوا مني الدفعة الأولى وبعد قصص حاولت أخلص الموضوع خير وأيافر ولهلأ ما عم يردوا عالتلفونات ولا واتسب، يعني لا بدهم ياخدوا باقي المبلغ مشان أسافر ولا بدهم يرجعوا الفلوس.. بصراحة شركة ما بتستحق اضل موجودة بسوق دبي المعروف بالمهنية والسرعة وتعامل برقي، أقدمت شكوى لهية السياحة بدبي وحماية المستهلك وجاري العمل .عالموضوع

Negative experience: Not only was the initial response slow and uninformed, but the solution offered was inadequate. It did not address my issue and left me in a state of frustration. Besides, one of my friends warned me to deal with them and he is still stuck with them and suffering with his refund.

Negative experience: I run a transport company in Poland, and after my experience with them, I strongly advise against using the services of this company. If you want to spend your holidays without stress, and other issues like lack of accomodation and transport, buy your trip with other company. They send huge group of people to Poland taking money from them, and not providing any hotels for their customers eventhough the customers were told something different. People were left alone in a foreign country. They used our transport services, and did not pay us money for the work we did, so we were forced to stop further driving. I have many years of experience in tourist transport, but I have never encountered such a irresponsible and uncaring about the cusomer company. I don't understand why people after reading all of those bad opinions are still buy trips from them. Stay away! You will be very disappointed with this company.

Negative experience: The worst travel experience I’ve ever had . Their staff Ahlam was so unprofessional with us. We’ve confirmed that we do not need a visa with her to where we were travelling to with our passports only to get to the airport and find out that we cannot travel unless we have a visa and we had to leave back from the airport . And she was still Insisting that we do not need visa and wasting our time also , not even taking responsibility for her mistake she was insisting it isn’t her fault and we have chats and calls between us where we’ve confirmed several times with her that we do not need a visa . After I’ve read most of the reviews on here it seems like about this company We are not the only one with this bad experience with this agency and I don’t understand how they are still legally working.

Fantastic experience: الرحلة كانت مرتبة ومنسقة تنسيق كامل،، التعامل معاهم جدا راقي والردود سريعة والتواصل ٢٤ ساعة وخاصة عبدالرحمن ماقصر نظم الرحلة من بدايتها للوصول لارض الوطن،، الي يبا يحجز يحجز عند عبدالرحمن ومابيقصر معاكم شكرا ادرينالين وان شاءالله سفراتنا دايما بتكون عن طريقكم..

Negative experience: سيء جداً وتجربة غير موفقة معهم ، حجزت عن طريقم ل 12 شخص ، اول شيء حجزت عرض واكدت وياهم وثاني يوم وقت الدفع قالوا للاسف خلص العرض لكن في عرض ثاني بس شويه اغلى ، على كل حال حجزت وعقبها اتميت انا اراكض عشان اخذ تفاصيل والتأكيدات ولا كأني حاجز عن طريق المكتب اللي مفروض يعطيني كل شيء جاهز ، وتفاجئت ان في الطائرة كل شخص جالس بشكل عشوائي مع العلم اخذت التأكيد من المكتب ان جميع الكراسي جنب بعض ، فلكم ان تتخيلو اطفال اعمارهم 4 سنوات يسافرون اول مرة في الطائرة جالسين لحالهم بسبب المكتب اللي ما نسق الكراسي ، وعند الوصول تم الاتفاق على نوع السيارة ولكن تفاجئت ان السيارة كانت لاول يوم فقط وبعدين اتموا يغيرون السيارات ، وبعض الجولات كانت تبدء الساعة 10 وتنتهي الساعة 2 يعني 4 ساعات فقط وطبعاً السائق لا يعرف انجليزي ولا عربي ،واخر يوم على اساس ان ننتظر في الفندق الى وقت الرحلة تبين ان المكتب ما نسق ويا الفندق واضطريت اتم مال 3 ساعات جالس برع انتظر موعد المغادرة ، والخاتمة الباص اللي مفروض يوصلنا المطار طلع صغير ما يشيل الحقائب باختصار اللي صفى 8 كراسي ل 12 شخص والمكتب عاد اذا تبى تساله شيء ولا تتواصل وياه مستحيل يرد عليك الا عقب ساعات وبعض الاحيان عقب ايام

Negative experience: المكتب هذا صعب التعامل معاه انا كنت حاجز عندهم رحلة على مرحلتين زاكوباني وكراكوف في زاكوباني الامور كلها تمام بس يوم رحنا كراكوف الشقة الي انا طالبنها غيروها وعطوني شقة صغيرة جدا وانا عدد افراد اسرتي 6 وطبعا اتصلت في عبدالحمن مال المكتب ما تجاوب معي ولا ساعدني وتميت مجبور في هذه الشقه الصغيرة لين رجعت البلد واي شي حاولت معهم انهم يغيرون المكان ما نجاوبوا معي ووالله تورطت في هاي الشقه حمام واحد تكرمون وغرفتين صغار وصالة اصغر من متر ونص في متر والصراحه ما راح اتعامل معهم مرة ثانية بشكل عام عشان رحلة زاكوباني اعطيهم 4/10 واحذر اي شخص يريد يتعامل معهم يتاكد من كل صغيره وكبيره لانهم ما راح يساعدونكم بعدين

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم انا هاذي ثاني مره لي على التوالي احجز معاكم رحلتي المره الاولى جورجيا وهذه ستكون اذربيجان اشكر اختي احلام على اهتمامها بالضيوف عامه وانا خاصه حيث كانت قد استقبلت بريدا مني لكم ثم اتصلت فيني وشرحت لي كل التفاصيل وكانت بشوشه وساعيه لان اكون مرتاحا وفاهما كل نقطه تفصيليه قبل الحجز وعندها قد ساعدتني في توفير باقه لي قد حجزها حيث انني استغرقت الكثير من الوقت لاصل لحجز وعندما اتواصل مع حد بالواتس يطيل فالرد علي ولا اعلم ماهي الظروف ولكن احلام كانت هي الافضل عندما اتصلت بي وقد جلست معي بالمكالمه حتى اتممت الحجز والدفع وايضاء جلست معي عند ومساعدتي في حجز الفيزا ولم تقفل الخط حتى تاكدت انني اتممت كل شي وتم الحجز عندها اقرتني بانه ستتابع الموضوع وهاهي قد ارسلتلي التذاكر والتفاصيل اتمنى من ان تحسنو التعامل مع احلام ك موظفه جاده في عملها وتكافئونها بشي قد يجعلها مرتاحه في عملها الشاق هذا التقييم لاحلام لانها تستاهل التقييم ولو لا تعاملها الذي دفعني لاكتب هذا لما كتبته شكرا احلام عدنان

Negative experience: حاطه نجمه وحدة لاني ما اقدر احط صفر. التواصل كان شبه معدوم بعد ما تم الدفع وما حصلنا التذاكر الا بعد عده اتصالات ومحاولات اننا نحصل التذكره وأخرتها طرشوها قبل السفره بيوم. وصلنا الفندق في بولندا وقالوا لنا ان مافي حجز بأسمنا وبعد عده محاولات اخيرًا حصلنا غرفنا وعلى اساس الافطار مشمول ف السعر. الصبح قالوا لنا لا مب مشمول والاخ علاء اللي الله لايوفقه مايرد بسرعه وكل معلوماته غلط ويحجز حرفيًا في آخر لحظه . على اساس حاجزين ثلاث ليالي في نفس الفندق، بعد تأكيد من الشركه. اليوم الثاني طلعنا في جوله سياحيه ويوم رجعنا قالوا لنا ان حجزنا كان ليلة وحدة والفندق حاول يتواصل مع شركه السفريات الكريمه وحضرتهم قالوا لهم اننا بنرجع بعد ١٥ دقيقة وهالكلام ماوصلنا اصلا ولاحاولوا يتواصلون معانا، جدًا سيئه في حياتي ماتعاملت مع شركه بهذا الاهمال. الفندق اضطر يلم اغراضنا وحرفيًا يطردنا من الغرف بسبتهم

Negative experience: ما انصح في الشركه ابدا لانه حرفيا تجربتنا معاها كانت سيئه وخدمة العملاء عندهم سيئه جدا طلبو مبالغ خياليه لدوله رخيصه جدا ومن غير عدم المبالاه في توفير رغباتنا . اضطريت ادفع الدبل واغير الفنادق اللي حجزوها لنا في قيرغستان ونحن هناك . من غير السواق اللي حجزوه لنا كان جدا تعيس في التعامل ، امانه اسافر كثير وتعاملت مع كثير لكن تجربتي معاهم كانت سيئه جدا جدا . مابا احط اسامي الموظفين كذا اتوقع يكفي

Negative experience: سافرت جورجيا عن طريقكم وتجربتي معكم كانت سيئة بشكل كامل قلة خبرة بالاوتيلات واسعاركم كان مبالغ فيها جداً، عدا عن عدم الرد على الاستفسارات وعدم المتابعة معنا اثناء السفر، عدا عن عدم المعرفة الكاملة بالاوراق المطلوبة للفيزا. لا أنصح بكم.

Fantastic experience: الصراحة الشكر لكم قليل في حقكم و بذات الشكر موصول للاخ عبدالرحمن ذو اخلاق عاليه وطبعا ما قصر معانا طلبت منه يغير لنا الفندق ع حسب اختيارنا و صار شي و بنفس سعر البكج الي كان معطنا و طبعا الفنادق في غبالا و باكو كانو من فئة ٥ نجوم. اول مره نتعامل مع مكتبكم وباذن الله راح نعتمد أنه سفراتنا اتكون معاكم..الرحلة بشكل عام من اجمل الرحلات الي صارت عن طريق مكتب سفريات

Fantastic experience: بدون مجامله سافرت لاذربيجان 6 ايام وكانت رحله جداً جداً جميله والاجمل التنسيق كان جميل وكثير ارتحت فالسفره ..وانا ما اعرف الشركه للمصداقيه بس كنت حاجز عند عبدالرحمن محمد حسن وكان يطمن ويتواصل معاي ويتاكد اذا محتاج شيء وقلت ضروري اشكره والناس تعرف عنه هذا اقل واجب ..شكراً عبدالرحمن ❤️

Negative experience: رحله صيفيه مع العائله الى بولندا كانت فيها بعض المطبات التي عرقلت متعه الرحله مثل عدم إستقبالنا في المطار و تركنا ننتظر و نبحث عن مواصلات . عدم تاكيد الحجوزات في الفنادق عند الوصول و اخذ تقريبا 50 دقيقه لتاكيد الحجز (زكوباني و كراكوف) فندق راديسون بلو . و بعض العروض المقدمة من الشركة لم تنفذ في الرحله . و في حجوزات التذاكر كذلك لم تكن الشركة موفقة في حجز المقاعد

Fantastic experience: كل شيء كان اكثر من رائع في الرحلة و الاوتيل كان جميل جدا و كان في اكل حلال .. و الtour guide كان كويس حدا و مواعيدة مظبوطة و العربية نظيفة … بشكر جدا الاستاذ عبد الرحمن هو الي حجزلي كل حاجة ..اكيد هعيد تجربة الحجز مع الشركة

Negative experience: Worst travel agency I was so disappointed with the service provided once you pay the package they will not respond you. We reach our destination hotels was so bad with small rooms they provide us a car without AC and we had a 6 hours road trip we had to stop many times until we got another car. The package was included with park tickets but we pay everything extra. Never book with them they are unprofessional people with the worst management.
