Negative experience: Same like the previous comments below, Called to know about credit card verification, The person who answered the phone was very rude. Very bad tone and no proper response. Gave me a unreachable number and asked me try again later if there is no response. When asked for Manager, he said he doesn't have any contacts of the manager. The person who answered the phone was Shaji. Very poor customer service.

Negative experience: This rating is for this specific call I made this morning, The guy who assisted me in comparing ticket prices seem very unenthusiastic and unwilling. I went on in with my queries and I let it pass by. At the end of the short 3 minute conversation I had to tell him I'll have to decide on which airline and airport before I book, so while I was in the middle of thanking him, he hung up the phone. WHAT WAS THAT? TIRED OF YOUR JOB? RESIGN! BAD DAY? DON'T GO TO FRONT LINE WORK! RUDE!

Negative experience: i went to day your office to check for a flight.,i was very very disappointed to the indian guy sitting i front of the entrAnce. i approach in a good way and he was very rude. i ask him to check for a flight for me. he didnt even check he answered me its all fully book.i let him check for country and he no its also fully book without checking it. i left .its really a bad service at alll

Negative experience: I called their office to inquire about our flight that was changed due to maintenance problem but I received a bad customer service from a lady named Norma. Just because you knew that I am a Filipina doesn't mean that you cannot be polite to me. If I were a different nationality, perhaps you would be so polite then.
