Negative experience: The staff working here does not have Manners to talk to there customers they don't provide proper place to stay and food is worse provided by this tour worst i recommend not to travel through this clear tours to everyone

Negative experience: Horrible!! All our programs booked had an issue - Dowh cruise dinner- our names were missing and had to wait to 1.5 hrs before they could put us in an alternate one, Ferrari World - there was a problem with the code - had to wait for 40 mins, day trip was horrendous, just driving for 3 hrs, we finally got off at a mall.. Charged additionally for all rooms while the package was supposed to be for 4 days. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Staffs are not polite even though they failed to give a minimum service for our money.Nobody should fall in travels like this
