Fantastic experience: Jatin is an amazing sales supervisor, he is very helpful and attentive to details. He is very knowledgable as well and has really helped us plan our holiday in the best way.

Positive experience: has the potential but asked for a deposit of AED 3000/=

Negative experience: Very bad services and unprofessional employees. I had bad experience with them today, as I called them for like 4 times to follow up on a quotation and unfortunately they are not helpful and their service is very very very slow. Wasting time and energy.

Negative experience: Very bad service from dnata, they booked me a flight after checking all my documents and visas and confirming that I dont need a nother visa . when I am on boarding, dnata staff off loaded me from the plane claiming that I have no visa to one of connection flight. They disrupted my flight and journey. I booked with other airline to my destination and came back to Dubai. I visited the motor city branch where they booked for me and confirmed again for me that my booking and documents were valid to be on the plane. DNATA customerservices didn't refund money of ticket for me AED 2845. They sold me a ticket, offloaded me from the flight and didn't refund ticket amount to me.

Negative experience: Whenever you book through them, you need to pay more the the airline change fees for something they call transaction fees!

Negative experience: Customer Service is a rare commodity now days

Positive experience: The service is very slow. Although the person attending us was very polite but she had to do our booking manually via phone. Apparently, dnata systems were not working or something like that. Moreover, Although the airline doesn't charge anything for rescheduling a ticket dnata charges 50 aed every time, which can be a burden if your travel plans are frequently affected by the pandemic situation.

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and hardworking, but the prices of hotels and flights through dnata are more expensive than other platforms such as booking.com for example. It is very good if you have the dnata credit card because of the cashbacks
