Negative experience: If I could give a ZERO star rating at this piece of USELESS company I would....I have NEVER come across a more disorganised...lack of communication company in my LIFE....please whatever you do...DO NOT use them....you will land up being beyond FRUSTRATED....IRATE...ANGRY and p.....sed OFF...!!!!!
Negative experience: Worse costumer service. We have been there 3 times and all the time there was an excuse from operator to don’t assist us. One of them said he finished his shift and cannot assit, while after 30 mins we back and he was still there. The other colleague we asked for a call back and as of today we still haven’t heard anything. Fix your employees
Fantastic experience: Gitesh at Dubai hills was amazing person. Greeted with pleasent smile. Provided best suggestions. Made sure to suggest me options to save my money… suggested me benefits of emirates nbd dnata credit card for my families travel. I will come back to dnata ONLY because of him.
