Negative experience: I want to give zero star but not possible, the reason is they charge more than 140 aed as commission for ticket booking the actual price was 570 aed all travels charges only 20-40 aed as their profit but fly Travels charged 140 extra to make it 710 aed, I was booking with them for 4 years and now only got to know and I’m devastated because Mr Kabeer did this to me

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with Flyway Travel. Having changed my travel plans, I asked Flyway Travel to prepost my ticket. They charged me 700 AED and provided an Air India invoice for it. When I verified the invoice, the total value was incorrect. Therefore, I have a doubt about the invoice provided by the travel agency. When I inquired about this with the travel agency, the employee named Kabir behaved rudely and unprofessionally. I then contacted the AIr India office and they confirmed the actual invoice value was only 500 AED and that the invoice provided by the travel agency was fake. After a lot of squabbling, they eventually granted me the overcharged amount.

Negative experience: I went to Fly travels for getting a residence VISA for my family , which I regret doing that.. The issue is, I paid all the money they asked for the visa service but till now I didn’t receive the emirates ID of my family. It’s been almost a month now. When I call them to enquire about the ID status they neither answer the call or give some vague answers. Pls do not go for their service or do not pay them the full amount until all your requirements are met. Mr Kabir is the guy who I interacted with, the way he behaved was very unprofessional and uncivilized. He threatened me to do whatever I want or go wherever I want to complain, as if he doesn’t bother, such behavior is not pleasing .

Fantastic experience: I went there before 2 months to take tickets for my family, they helped more like extra registrations for travel purposes it was good helpful for me .. and also there behaves with customers… I liked more flyway travel
