Negative experience: Shocking. While baggage not arriving on time was not their responsibility, the subsequent reliability and communication with their office and with the driver was appalling, rude and entirely unreliable. Currently sitting at almost 48 hours late with numerous promises of arrival having come and gone. When explaining I would be reporting this awful service, I am accused of being rude. Do better.

Fantastic experience: Today is our flight. Around 8 PM, my sister and I were in line at Ms. Ufra's counter. I want to give feedback about her; she went the extra mile when she saw that I was with my sister and she made it possible for us to sit beside each other on our flight. Thank you so much ☺️

Negative experience: I took someone else’s luggage which is an exact replica of mine. I called the airport and told them about the situation next day I visited them, they told me the room that has my luggage is closed so I have to come back the next day. Next day I called to make sure they do actually have my luggage they confirmed that they do, and told me to come and pick it up 11:00 pm, after few moments I got a call and they told me to come tomorrow because once again the room that has my luggage is closed. It’s truly frustrating for them to not be cooperative and honest. Didn’t go on the third day due to personal reasons, so I had to go on the fourth day. Around 10 pm I went to Dnata, told the lady about the whole situation and she was harsh and told me “next time make sure you take your own luggage” what she said was so unprofessional especially since she works in an international airport.

Negative experience: The worst experience that we encountered in our travel history. We were travelling dubai to manila, (PR 659 (14/01/2024) 7.55pm.) I used to travel solo usually, but never encountered like this in dubai airport . But this time I'm travelling with my disabled mom(with wheel chair) Wife with 6 months old son. We came for the check in counter and Dnata staff ms.ennancer (terminal 1-area3)treat very rude way and didn't assist us properly. We requested a leg room because of our situation. (Disabled mom and 6vmonth son) Even beginning she denied to assist us even though her manager us ask to go to that counter.even we had all the medical reports that we send to the airlines, she was keep on asking photo copies. Now we got very uncomfortable seats even we requested the leg room.(even she had a chance to give us what we requested) Very uncomfortable experience. Please hire your staff carefully also. It will effect for the beauty of dubai and overall good experience and customer care ,generosity of nice service people in dubai because of this type of bad experience. (I'm attaching the pictures as well how uncomfortable seats we got with our conditions even we had the proper medical reports)

Negative experience: I came to collect my bag which was not delivered from the transit airport . I am talking nicely and the lady who was sitting in the desk was behaving very rudely . Such a nice country with unprofessional peoples are sitting in the front line. Really disappointed with the way of approaching .01/01/23 time 4.12 pm . I did not expect this kind of service from DXB airport

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Not returned my luggage which I have been waiting on for a week. Promised it would be delivered / contacted and haven't been. Couldn't provide updates on when it will be delivered or who is delivering the luggage.

Negative experience: They are the worst people you can deal with. There were more than 12 people lined up to book new tickets , one employee was there Khalida and another one was sitting do nothing " guy wearing glasses" when a girl try to talk to him to help the rest of people he ignored her and Pointed to the sign of "closed" was on his table without saying any word with full rudeness. Khalida is wors than him: she is a very slow person, has no idea what is doing. She was working with a family of 2 members then called another family of 3 members before finishing the previous. She did not even let them know their options + prices. Most of them choose the earliest at the highest price. Then she called me before finishing the two families' booking process, she got angry when I ask her what the cheapest option she was me and my friend booked 9 pm flight. Even her way of dealing and talking with people was not nice at all. Moreover, I wonder how there was one employee to help more than 12 people.
