Negative experience: سيء جداً جداً ،، متى يتم استرجاع قيمة التذاكر المدفوعة من شهر فبراير 2020 ، علماً باني قمت بالمراجعة لمرات عديدة من دون جدوى ولا يتم الرد سوى لا نعلم شي لان شركة طيران حتى هذا الوقت لم يبدا بالعمل والكل يعلم بان جميع شركات الطيران المحلية والعالمية بدات بتشغيل الطيران واعلنت بانتهاء كورونا والدليل نزع الكمان والغاء جميع اشتراطات الاحترازية للفيروس كورونا كوفيد-19،، الى متى سننتظر ،، تقييمي للشركة من 10 (10/0) لعدم وجود حل للمسالة واجبار العميل على اعادة تفعيل التذكرة للاستخدام خلال سنتين ومضت المدة وضاعت أموالنا وحقوقنا

Negative experience: Yung dulo ng pasensya k npigtas n kaka antay at kung ano.mga EXCUSES! 2nd time k pa box, ok nmn ung una kya s knila p dn ako ngpa cargo. Daig p ang ngpa box k ng christmas season.. from cargo vessel to customs to release to delivery etc

Negative experience: Bad company When calling they said busy and working hours from 8till 1 but staff full day break no time for receive call during work time

Negative experience: You were saying Transport smile in a box but then this 971 56 360 9996 I am chatting with, all she had to say is sorry that my cargo box still delayed from NOVEMBER! Poor customer service and paying cheap maybe you will get a cheap service and cheap quality!!!! Now february is about to end again and there's no update like its just congested while for LBC its just 30days in Manila!!!!! I am not sure if the things in my package still all good and telling me to just wait forever!!! WORST EVER!

Negative experience: I have sent cargo through Airlink, most of my stuff are broken while its delivered. I should have never sent my cargo through Airlink. Very poor service. Staff are not at all helpful. I rate this as the worst.

Negative experience: I request a refund of my ticket purchased here due to flight restriction until now i didn't get my money back. First they said I have to wait 1 month ang now its more than 1 month again they said wait again for another 1 month.. For the refund only it takes 2 months long and that is not sure for two months if i can get my money back..
