Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the response towards the customers. My flight cancelled and Ms Anita responded quickly and provided me the another flight booking and balance refund very soon. i recommend to use their assistance since the flights are uncertain in these time.

Negative experience: Customer service was poor. I had called to enquire about the prices the person who picked up was impatient and arrogant later he gave me the wrong prices I went in to book the ticket and he realized he put in the wrong information because he was impatient to listen to what I was looking for. Wasted my time and effort to go into this place during peak hours. I hope he gets better training. Later I went online and found cheaper airfare than what he quoted for me although he said it would be the same price online.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service .. they said me wrong information that’s why I lost double ticket charges.. please .. please give only good information.
