Negative experience: Fake company doing fraud with people

Negative experience: i lost 12000 aed , i dont know how to get it back , please advise.

Negative experience: This is a fraud company they take money from people and run

Negative experience: My friend paid almost 14k Aed for Umrah package. they are not responding. So please dont get cheated.

Negative experience: This company is totaly fraud.. pleas be aware from them they will give u some free vouchers and play a game with you and offer u holiday pakages with cheap rates and when you take that offer they will ask some deposite from you but after that when you call them, email or contacting they will never responce u and contact you ever i gave them 1500 AED and they are not contacting me now i will open case file against them.

Negative experience: They are offering free gifts and free cruise ticket but totally fraudulent, while reaching in hotel offering travel offers, UMRAH Package, but later on not replying back on calls, email, just collecting advance for booking and never responding back.

Fantastic experience: we loved our stay by Damac Travel , It justifies the high rates, but would've liked it better if they could accommodate slightly more portions. Staff is helpful and courteous here. You'll likely get your order quickly if you order Indian over continental. I thought they forgot to put in the order for my quesadilla. room were so spacious with huge balcony and love the sea facing enjoyed the open activity st the resort which well maintained.

Positive experience: good place to stay with family while on a vacation to Goa Damac CTA reservation made this booking according them bec of my busy schedule. The swimming pool and other amenities are nicely maintained and are aesthetically pleasing. Do look out for the evening live music and on house 'Happy Hours' from 7 to 8 in the evening. the pool party was also nice with well maintained staff and groomd The rooms are well appointed and are adequately spacious. Staff is courteous and prompt. Food is very good. one issue only Very limited parking space in front of the hotel recommend Damac CTA

Negative experience: Bogas company fake people they don’t pay staff, and they never display IDs however I blame the government for giving them a permit. I paid for the family package after they lied to us about gifts at Wyndham Hotel in Deira was just a scam they fooled us with utensils and a cruise dinner as if we couldn't afford them. Don't ever attempt to pay any fils whatsoever the offer from them just negated.

Fantastic experience: Damac Club is a good Tours and Travels company. They are very good with their services. I recently traveled to Burj Khalifa and Damac Club did all the arrangements for me. I didn't face a single problem during my trip. Thanks to this employee name Irene who took care of everything. I would recommend Damac club to everyone.

Negative experience: This company is not genuine. First the sales team selling the holiday package are liars themselves because everything they said at the seminar are lies upon lies. First they said they are a part of Damac group, the following day I called Damac, they said they don't know them. All the sight seeing within uae they promised are lies as the office confirmed that that is not part of the deal. As for the office, I think they had intention of performance but they lack capacity, so they messed up everything. They never picked calls, they don't return emails, and after some time they claim they have changed the office staffs. The new manager also continued the lies asking us to come and pay balance of 5k when they have failed to arrange our holiday. I insisted I want refund of my deposit money and they are free to take their 35% cancelation as claimed. Since that time, they refuse to respond again. 14th of Sept I was at their office and a court paper was on the door. Office was closed. I knew this will be the end of this company . I hope we can recover our funds and deposit somehow. I called the number on the court paper and it happens to be a customer who has filed a court case.

We purchased their package and was offered many complementary destination in UAE ( Ferrari.. helicopter ride etc) .. but we got none of them... Emailed...called...not picking... All done... No response... Please don't fall for their words... Your money will be wasted...many other people also in same condition....

Negative experience: No.1 fraud company. Please dont give numbers to any sales reps in supermarkets. If you give, you will get a call to collect gifts from a 3 star hotel in exchange of attending a proposal for holiday package. They wont tell you this while giving you a call, they will just say to come and collect gift. However they will speak non stop offering you lucrative holiday packages (cruise package for 7 days covering 4 countries) at very affordable cost. They just dont give any time to think and ask you to enroll immediately with your credit card EMI option and they say that offer will not be valid next day. They will give you some small dinner set to attract you and promise to offer you few more gifts once you enroll. I lost 8000 AED in return of just one dinner set and nothing. They said I can chose my holiday anytime within 5 years. however after 3 months, no one is reachable in their office and office does not exist. Posting this for people not get in to this kind of scam.

Negative experience: This is fraud company, please don't give many to them, they were offer me usa/canada package for 4 person only in 12000 aed, i said i don't want then he said ok give us 50% of payment, i said i don't want your package then he said ok give us 5000, then again i refuse them, at the end they said give us 500 aed, remaining you can give later, i am calling them since last 20 days, they are not answering the call, they also give us dhow cruise voucher and 5 star hotel voucher, this also fake. so please don't believe on them.

Negative experience: I attended their seminar where they made enticing promises of offering discounted tour packages. However, I urge caution and advise against trusting them as they appear to be fraudulent. Their intention seems to be collecting upfront payments and disappearing. Fortunately, I had suspicions and did not make any payments to them.
