Negative experience: Booked a Dhow Cruise with these guys. No social distancing whatsoever. And anyone off the street was game. We were a couple put on a table which they then then added another 3. Next thing I know more tables and chairs brought in. Everyone sat on top of each other. My wife and I tried to leave only to be blocked and shouted at by the so called ship manager who apparently could miraculously create space. We finally got out and their rationale was that when the ship moves then people will move upstairs. Hmmm, I guess that’s because coronavirus is very polite and will wait for a ship to leave the port before spreading itself?? They also served a full open dinner buffet which according to them is ok providing people go 2 at a time! Complete chaos and broke every rule in the book including blocking exits with tables and chairs. The manager also had the audacity to say it was a great gesture on their part to refund my money which we only got after a lot of complaining and had to make two trips to get it! I think it was a bigger one from me that I didn’t call the police. My wife and I rarely get a night off and these guys ruined it for us.
