Negative experience: Zero customer service, when you text them, they never give you response and they do not care for your requests at all. Not recommended!!
Negative experience: Just called to inquire about a tour and the guy closed the line in my face. And they never picked up the phone after!

Fantastic experience: Did 3 tours with Rayna 1 The dessert safari was really good. Dune bashing was the highlight of the tour. The entertainment and the food at the camp was pretty good. Was looking forward for the sandboarding as I do winter sports but the bindings were broken and the board was not long enough for it to glide smoothly on the sand 2. The tour to Abu Dhabi was really good to. The guide was very insightful. Felt a bit rushed at some of the places. The restaurant the tour takes you to was expensive compared to the street food I was having. It was around 65AED. (Only had a buffet). Perfect to snap pics and have a basic insight of Abu Dhabi. 3 we got a private tour for sharjah. The tour guide was good with his local knowledge. There isn't a lot to see in sharjah so this one was probably not worth it

Negative experience: Ok hai
Positive experience: I went on the tours twice with 2 different sets of people. First time was great, pick up was on time, although sharing with other people I felt the trip had a personal touch. The second time, however, was vastly different. It seemed over booked after being picked up over an hour later than the first trip then arriving at the desert and then having to wait for 20min for another car to pick us up to enter the desert. I understand it's about making money but disagree that it should be at the cost of the quality of the trip. I did not enjoy the second trip and would suggest out of peak season for a better experience.
