Positive experience: Superbe sortie dans le désert avec la compagnie Rayna tours, chauffeur très agréable et beau circuit dans les dunes avec de très belles sensations !!! Vraiment à faire Puis petite sortie en buggy dans le désert pour s'amuser et avoir quelques petites sensations !!! Je ne met pas 5 étoiles car très déçu sur la fin de soirée. Buffet moyen et quasi aucune animation .... Mais le reste de la sortie super génial !!!

Negative experience: Desert Safari - Safari experience was okay ,but the camp service is very poor and the most worst thing is food , they don't have a single number of eatable food, they have all salad and normal rice no vegetable , no curry third class service experienced in Dubai and seek kabab was not cooked properly and shawarma only spinach was there with little bit chicken's , I will not recommend this to anyone. If we are paying than please give us atlast a good food to end our day with satisfaction.

Positive experience: We booked a few tours with this group, some possitive and negatives. The dessert safari was a good experiance and dune bashing was fun. The camp site was nicely laid out with paid and unpaid activities. The henna was very restrictive with only one small flower per person...which was the same for every tourist. The food was ok. Dinner dhow cruise was a joke....this was supposed to be romantic cruise when we arrived we were told the two of us to sit next to each other facing some random people. When requesting to sit opposite my husband was told it was not possible. Then some white people arrived and they were told they can sit where they like go have a look upstairs, there was no restrictions....the food on the boat was substandard and gave me food poisoning. I actually found a hair in the youghert. I would say be cautious as the tours are overpriced as once you get there they ask you to pay for various things. I would not recommend the cruise.

Negative experience: Worst tour company i have ever seen. I will not recommend to any one. I would like to inform you that your services and employees are not reliable at all. I applied visit visa for canada from your company. Before applying i asked ms anitha that how do you submit my application . She said “ we will directly submit your application to embassy”. Finally i prepared all the documents and submitted to her on 29 th dec 2018. On 3 rd January i got message from vfs that my application has been received. I really surprised how come i am getting message from vfs. But i ignored and waited for my visa. But on 20 jan i got email from canadian embassy that my visaa has been rejected. Even they have have mentioned about my family tie up in canada in rejection letter but i do not have any family in canada. My whole plan, money and time got wasted just because of your people. Top of it when i called mr jatin then he was talking my words as useless thing. He was keeping my call on hold without informing anything. When i called again he staraigth away cut my call then after did not picked up. Whenever i called the land line , every time new person picked my call and had to explain more than 10 times what is the matter?? Now you can imagine my frustration level. So i am looking for your company’s owner number so that i could have a word directly. Because your staffs are good for nothing. After this i will make my report and submit compain to consumer right and ministry of trade union.Moreover i have call records of your staffs.

Negative experience: I rent a car for i week i gived a deposition of 1500 dirhams they never give my money back their are THIEVES ! Please never go with them. I go to the police !!!!!!!! GROS VOLEURS NE FAITES RIEN AVEC EUX AUCUNE LOCATION ILS NE RENDENT PAS LES CAUTIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: So discrimination........ I was booking tourist visa but,,,, even you don't have 'Pakistan' listed in the countries list...
