Negative experience: They are unprofessional, please don’t give anything to this agency . Simple things thy will make complicated, irresponsible staff. They will not give proper answer . Zero rating

Negative experience: They are unprofessional, they black mailed us many times and last when we refunded the ticket through them , they didn’t give money back and not responding for few months. Left us with no option rather than filing case to Dubai .Tourism Authorities
