Fantastic experience: Customer Service is really good. They have a good options of rental cars. Manageable price. The only catch is the huge deposit amount. Tip: they charge 25aed if you return the car at a different branch.

Negative experience: They dont have standard policy and they keep change them when they need. Extention of monthly co tract they charged me extra price from monthly rate saying its policy changed. Last time one month before they gave me same price for one week extension. Sad thing is only rates go up not the KM. Funny things only can come from them. At this price level you can expect only this much services thinking as to satisfy my self. Finding a good one.

Negative experience: Is the worst ever!!! ZERO customer support zero professionalism zero empathy all they care is to be paid on time and they are always playing around with the cars, the replacement, the price and the fuel... They gave me a car with X price, and then replace with an older model not willing to adjust the price. then i went myself to do the replacement, the car they were to give was zero fuel, was empty in orange tank!!! Finally they accused me to lock the car and do extra charges for not paying on time, when were themselves not sending the payment link since they were jiggling with me since they wanted to be paid for a model i was not having and so they would send the payment link after replacement! they are a bunch of dishonest people, playing with customer's time and money!

Negative experience: The worst experience ever!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We booked a car through their app and on the day of pick up, they said they don’t have any cars, their system is down, the registrations are expired, they don’t know how many days it can take to get a car etc. They kept giving numerous excuses. We had to book from another service. The worst customer service ever. Didn’t take any accountability, kept saying it’s not their fault. SCAMMERS!!!!

Negative experience: I felt scammed as limit on the kilometers was never mentioned not discussed during the inquiry, 3000km per month? And additional payment is required if you want to upgrade it into 4000km. All they’ve asked is deposits, amount, documents and methods how i can pay it. ‍♂️ requested to deliver the car by 7pm and came at 8pm. As they sed that the car was upgraded and ended up receiving full of scratches and seat stains

Positive experience: The best company, always I took from them , but I have one complaint about car delivery you charge 100 dirhams , it's too much other offices charge 35 or 40 dirham max , I hope you can reduce 100 to 35 will be great ..

Negative experience: Every single thing in their company is Irrational. In the first place they offer you a low price without deposit . When you plan your work according the date, they add some additional costs and they don't accept their offers and conversions . I Don't recommend them at all.

Negative experience: This is a total SCAM based business I am filling a case against them in consumer department, they simply took 2000 dhs from me and called it a pervious balance, when they admitted to issuing me a "Tanazal" which is a legal clearance certificate via the police.

Negative experience: I received the car as per my insurance policy after the flood 10 days back, I was told the car is new, it came out very old car mazda, has 200000km, have scratches, from inside the plastic cover beside the break and gas pedal fall down while driving, when you deive on the highway more then 100km it begin to be unsafe. I called many time, every time they say no car available, I have a kid and driving such a car was terrible. Even when they delivered the car at night was out of fuel, almost dumbed me 200 meter from house trying to get to the gas station. I returned the car with more than the half of the fuel, no compensation as per the staff of indigo, I have to drive the car till the fuel is out as I received the car. Very unprofessional and something I never had in Dubai since the 3 years I am here. I want recommend this rent a car company.

Negative experience: I requested a car of monthly rent (1 month) and I am a previous customer with them, I told them I will pay the full month and the deposit I will give a cheque since I don't have credit card, I am surprised after they let me wait for an hour for approval, they are asking 15000 AED as a deposit cheque imagine 15000 AED which the other companies giving 2024 cars with no deposit but your company provide 2020 Kia Pegas.... Guys I am not renting Ferarri to ask for 15000 AED plus your service is not wow and your cars are really not perfect... That's really bad, I will never rent from you guys and I don't recommend you at all....

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews before renting from them. They have too many hidden charges which they bring out when you hand over the car. In my case I had been a customer with them for nearly 2 years. Everything was smooth in the beginning. Now in the last 8 months, they have started scamming people. I was never communicated that I can only drive 3000 kms per month which is 100 kms per day. If you rent a car for a day they give you 170 kms. 100 kms per day is so less, means me going to Abu Dhabi and back will lapse 2 days of my kms. Now after handing over the car, they saying that I have exceeded the kms. I had exchanged the car within these 8 months. And during this period I have had numerous arguments with their accounts guy regarding payments. He sent me invoices many times during this period but not once was it mentioned in that I had exceeded the kms when I gave back the previous car. Now when they have collected the car they saying I had exceeded on the previous car plus the last car. I told them why wasn’t I told about this when I exchanged the car, they don’t give any reply for that and just keep on saying you have to pay. NEVER AGAIN RENTING FROM THEM. I’m trying to sort this out with the person on WhatsApp and during the conversation he is trying to take payment from card. Shows what sort of people they are. You haven’t dealt with the situation yet but you still trying robbing from the clients bank.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Never take car from them. Im waiting for my security deposit of 1000 AED for more than 3 weeks.Now they have deducted one day rental charges from the security deposit. The agent responded that it's his mistake but he refused to correct the mistake and refund the full amount. Pity services. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Poor and rude attitude from Gentleman name Usman, the treatment was very bad , and I ask for his manager to call but nothing happened . I rent car for one year and he was very angry about his payment for one day only .

Negative experience: I drove two cars for two months. Both the cars were in decent condition and gave no problems at all. However there are so many hidden charges in their service. You will end up paying way more than what you expected. For eg. They charge aed 5.25 per salik while actual cost is AED 4. Exorbitant amounts are charged if you do not return the car with the same fuel level. Also, if you get any fines, they will charge over and above the penalty amount for clearing the same. Very unreasonable service. Avoid if possible.

Negative experience: BEWARE of these SCAMMERS who'll steal from you in the name of budget car rental! I took a car on rent from Indigo Rent A Car, and had no idea what I was signing up for. When I returned the car, two people came to inspect it in broad daylight, took photos, and told me everything was fine. Then one of them drove away with it, while I was made to sign a hand-back paper, which had no indication of any damage or accident. However, to my horror, after I left they pinned an accident on me which I had absolutely no idea about. I raised a complaint to DED, and told DED that neither any one of the two inspecting people noticed any damage nor did any one of them informed me there in my presence, and that they made me sign a hand-back paper which had no mention of any damage and that DED should ask for that paper as proof, along with the before and after photos of the car. And to my utter shock, Indigo authorities FORGED the documents falsely to show a damage marking on it, and LIED to DED that I was informed at the spot too. When I went to their office to find out what was going on, they had a laid back attitude and no body was available to listen. The person who had taken the car hand back agreed that when I returned the car, there was no damage and that the document he made me sign had no indication of it. Later, someone from their legal team popped in rudely and told him to basically keep quiet, while he displayed a very rude and unprofessional behaviour, showing that he did not give a damn and that I was welcome to do a civil case on them. If I could, I would do a legal case on them for their forgery, and theft. I also asked for a copy of that hand-back doc, and they outrightly refused it, even though they had given a copy of it to a customer in front of me. That proved their forgery, scam and bag of lies. I wish Dubai Police and Customer Protection takes some action against their malpractices or else they will keep stealing money from innocent people!

Negative experience: Don't rent for them or you will regret. Indigo rent a car has a simple business model, low prices to attract innocent customers, and once they are trapped, charge them heftily for the reasons unknown or made up. They charge low prices for a reason, their profits are not from rentals but from the made up dents, marks and accidents that they blame on customers. Once you give them your card details, you are doomed. And they provide no clarity on the deposits or deductions they later do, and when you ask them, they simply don't respond! Also they misuse your card details and make deductions from different different accounts, which you even don't authorise them for. There is no transparency and this company is super shady. Do not make that mistake of renting from them.

Negative experience: Hello, my name is Rashid. Last Friday, I received an interview email stating the interview would be on Saturday morning from 9 to 10 am. I visited the interview location, and they informed me that the interview was postponed to Monday. Today, I received another message stating the interview would be at 12 pm. I came for the interview, waited for 40 minutes, but nobody called me for the interview. I left the office feeling disappointed; this is not good service. Our time is also valuable. Following miscommunication on how to pay fines with the rest of staff, Andrew was the only one willing to help and to fix the problem. He also encouraged me to rent again with them. Positive experience: Cheap prices but full of hidden fees. I rented a Nissan Sunny from the Sharjah branch (no point on maps). It was promoted on the website for 49AED per day, but at checkout it becomes 60AED due to several charges. Then when I picked up the car, I signed on several conditional fees such as: > 80AED extra on every traffic fine (which I paid on top of a parking fine I got) > 100AED if you return car with less fuel than when handed over > 100AED if you put tinting on the car windows (I know right!) > No refund if you return the car early (I returned it one day early) Other than that, there's a deposit amount of ~1000AED which is returned 15 days after returning the car. The car was a bit old which is expected for the price. The branch staff were friendly and they were clear about the fees to the most part.

Ich kann vor allem Muhammad Ramzan empfehlen - sehr guter Mitarbeiter und geht auf die Bedürfnisse ein. Er nimmt sich für die Kunden sehr viel Zeit und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top. Immer wieder gerne. Kaution bekommt man ungefähr 2-3 Wochen nach Rückgabe des Autos zurück. Ich konnte auch problemlos das Auto verlängern Alles über WhatsApp einfach nur zufrieden

Fantastic experience: Das war nicht das erste und auch nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich hier bei dieser Autovermietung ein Auto gemietet habe. Sowohl für eine Kurzzeit als auch für eine Langzeitvermietung lohnt sich Indigo sehr besonders der Arbeiter. Muhammad ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch mit der Kaution hat es bisher immer sehr schnell und einfach geklappt. Ich habe die Autovermietung auch Freunden weiter empfohlen, die auch damit zufrieden waren. Ich hatte auch letztens eine kleine Autopanne. Das Auto wurde innerhalb von 1 Stunde gewechselt und ich musste nichts dafür machen. Auch hier mein Ansprechpartner Muhammad super. Einfach top - immer wieder gerne.

Negative experience: The worst company to work.I was hired as a customer service officer at Indigo rent a car months ago and they didn't give me a offer letter but still they gave lots of work to do.Everyone there worked as robots.Employees can't even touch their phones even for an urgent matter.There's no room to have lunch and employees had lunch in staircases.Mr.Hammad was so rude and all he wants is employees who work like robots.He make new employees work hard for a month or two then he fire them without giving visa or a proper salary.That's how he is.I had a really hard time working there and he did the same thing to all the new employees.When there's nothing wrong with the employee he made the employee as a cheater then embarrass them in-font of everyone and fire.But he doesn't know that he is the one who get embarrassed.He is such a dog.I will complaint this for the labor department in Dubai soon with the evidence I have.There are many employees who wants to talk about this. Will see.

Negative experience: Good For residents or local people it's good. As a tourist it's a headache Because they take advance amount only through credit card and return through card or bank account . As a tourist i have only my country card and when i transact there will be conversion fee when i calculated it's around 100 aed also when they refund deposit amount to my country it again cost 30-40 aed ....so if you are planning to take only 1-2 days it's not a good option . If you plan monthly it's ok .

Positive experience: I’m renting my car from Indigo since September 2022 Pros: 1. They have big variety of cars and gave me my favourite model when other agencies didn’t have it 2. They are flexible with the prices I paid on a weekly basis for some time and I paid fairly 1/4 amount of monthly rent 3. They let me drive the car to Oman 4. They replaced my car when I was not satisfied with it Cons I gave 4 stars because sometimes I had a lack of communication with the agency I’m grateful to Andrew who helped me to sort out my problems

Fantastic experience: I read the reviews here and I tried contacting them on whatsapp as like the other reviews and I spoke to Muhammad and yes i actually got better offers and he also gave me a new clean car

Negative experience: Scammer Alert! The worst rental company on the planet. They won't stop at anything to scam people and extort them out of money. Bad service, rude, mannerless, and unprofessional customer service agents, especially a Filipino guy called Andrew, simply a horrible human being who's acting like a hunting dog for his management! He's willing to disrespect everyone just to get money for his management! Typical slavery. This company will try to charge people for everything and anything. Once, they even wanted to charge me more when I needed to return the car earlier because I was traveling! They would do anything to make life difficult and find any reason to scam their customers. Comprehensive insurance covers accidents for both parties, but this company will make people pay for the insurance during the rental period, then if anything happens, they would make them pay 1575 even for a small scratch, and even when insurance is covering that! Simply gangster style. The worst.

Fantastic experience: Muhammad Ramzan was very helpful and the booking was super quick. The process is very easy and the they deliver the car to your home. I rented a Nissan Kicks, it was new and super clean!
