Negative experience: Very bad service

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Good discounts. Strongly recommend to book Rayna and visit attactions on the fly. I used to call Mr.Neilkanth from Rayna, on the way to the tourist attraction and get voucher before i reach the door step of the attractions.

Fantastic experience: Booked Eid Armenia tour… it wad a fabulous experience… made friends on this trip, experiences that will last a lifetime,.. highly recommend them- their hotels were amazing, tour guide really good. There were family n solo trippers all decent and good people. Overall great experience . Their customer service is very friendly too, a little delay in response coz of volume of their requests. But i had a positive experience.

Negative experience: Last week we went for Desert safari it was okay experience in desert , but in evening, when we went for dinner , it was like nothing to eat totally wastage of money no single dish the we can eat only salad and nothing at last they should add one type of curry if they are providing naan/chapati ,but this was the worst experience we faced , no service nothing like that very disappointing. , i will not recommend any friend this.

Negative experience: I booked a Safari trip, by phone and they said that they will come at the hotel at 14.30 but nobody showed at the appointment. At 15.00 we called and the first person we called hang up the phone and at the second call they had no ideea about the appointment. A lost day because Rayna Tours. Do not recomend!

Positive experience: Esperienza di dune bashing fantastica, il conducente è stato bravissimo. Tutto il resto però, devo valutarlo negativamente: il "villaggio dei beduini" era un villaggio di bancarelle per spillare soldi ai turisti, cibo freddo e di pessima qualità, il giro in cammello incluso era praticamente un girotondo di meno di un minuto e non appena abbiamo messo l'ultimo boccone in bocca siamo ripartiti immediatamente. Inoltre abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione (fatta tramite Booking), abbiamo scritto alla società per organizzare il trasporto il giorno prima, inizialmente ci hanno detto che la nostra prenotazione non esisteva poi ci hanno scritto 3 ore prima della partenza prevista per dirci a che ora dovevamo incontrarci per partire, ma ovviamente non avendo sempre la connessione dati abbiamo letto la mail la sera. Fortunatamente ci hanno spostato l'appuntamento al giorno successivo.
