Negative experience: They didn't know how to talk with cutomer. Very disappointed to book a ticket from them, i juat call them to confirm that, my ticket is refundable or not and the guy awnser very harshly. So don't book a ticket from them.

Negative experience: Never book from these people if u want to have peace while travelling. We always book tickets through agencies to avoid any kind of last minute issues and also for convenience of the travel.. First all i book to tickets to Indian and they didn't do the Air Suvidha Application and on asking they started showing attitude... then the fights they booked had just one and a half hour different due to which my mom and brother missed their flight during the interchange....these people say that they are working from years..and this is what they do. Really bad...why do people take responsibility if if they can't fulfill it...
