Fantastic experience: Amazing experience and hospitality. Reasonably priced and definitely worth the experience. So happy we had a chance to do this.. sunset views in the desert were amazing and unforgettable. They even sung happy birthday to me at the dinner.

Negative experience: Very very Disappointed..no proper planning from provider , poor service, Very rude staff ( not the driver). Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Awful views, awful service, dont use this service! I used it only cuz of EXPO 2020 logo on their website, i thought that it means quality, but it isn't. You are waiting for dunes and greate photos? Hah, not this time. This is the best views you can have. Compare this to the photos from website. Safari will take about 5 min and then you will be thrown out near the camp. Greate dissapointment. And your meal, enjoy )))))))

Positive experience: Really thought I would live a better experience than it was. I went alone so i was sharing a 4x4 ride with 5 other strangers ( families). One girl was mad at the company because she was expecting better treatment for what she has paid ( x3 than what I was paying) but received the same treatment as the rest of us. When we got there we had to wait for the 4x4 jeep to take us dune bashing so we were just standing there doing nothing. The other group decided they don't want to do dune bashing anymore so i was left alone so they had me wait more time, and when i didn't accept they told me to wait and they will give me a private ride. Then when my ride arrived they put 6 other stranger men in the jeep with me and i was a girl alone ( it was quite uncomfortable). The dune bashing was nice, the camel ride is literally a circle of 1 meter, just to take a photo( that i didn't find later). Everything was commercial and not the real desert experience i was expecting. Sand boarding was not even existing. The food is not tasty. Make sure you take your own snacks. And on the way back i got dropped off the last person and i was a girl alone at night and it took me like 1 more hour to arrive..

Negative experience: Had the worst experience. The money was taken in advance and they make u wait 40 minutes to go to the camp cause they have shortage of cars.and no one takes responsibility of the situations and they ask u to contact the office. When I contacted the office they stopped responding to my messages asn did not take my call. Cause they did not want to refund the money. Dont ever use This company they will leave u stranded
