Positive experience: Very spacious office. I visited here to reschedule the air ticket. They have token system and at the time of my visit, it’s not crowded. The person who helped us was very professional and friendly. They have many counters but there were only 3 or 4 staffs present.

Negative experience: Always flight is delay not @ time rest if any other issues like weather issue or other thing customer service is not good . They do not have answer for the flight wheather is confirm or cancel on the other hand other flights have answer that due to bad wheather flight is cancel. Recently we face this issue so we are sharing here … but yes after it came under Tata services are ok than before but not better . I know it will take time but if you can solve some issues which we are facing regular that will be great.

Positive experience: Our recent travel experience with Air India from Dubai to India and back was a mixed bag. While the service provided was decent and we appreciated the positive attitude of both ground staff and cabin crew, there were notable areas for improvement. The food served onboard left much to be desired, lacking both in taste and variety. Additionally, the aircraft itself showed signs of wear and could benefit from refurbishment and modernization. It's evident that Air India still has some way to go in meeting international standards. However, with the recent involvement of the Tatas in the airline, there's optimism for positive changes on the horizon. The reputation and expertise of the Tata group are well-known, and we believe that their influence will drive Air India towards becoming a leading player in the aviation industry. In summary, while our experience with Air India had its shortcomings, particularly in terms of food quality and aircraft condition, we're hopeful that the airline's future is bright under the guidance of the Tata group. Positive experience: It's a bad choice to travel with Air India now. They are going through a transformation and the old aircraft are terrible, broken toilets, broken seats and no entertainment. Dubai to Delhi is a bad choice now in Deb 2023 Service and staff have seriously improved.

Negative experience: I travelled to Mumbai from Dubai on Air India flight no AI 984 on 16/01/2024. I was extremely disappointed with the in flight services and toilet facilities. The top screen panels which showed the flight status never worked throughout the flight, the toilet that I used was in a terrible condition. The panel below the wash basin was completely broken and damaged and wasn’t closing at all which made it impossible to use the rest room. My personal monitor never worked through out the flight, upon requesting twice I was told we have reset it but to no success. I usually prefer emirates as my flight carrier but thought of trying air India this time as it’s now managed by Tata but nothing has changed it seems. Anyways upon requesting to speak to the supervisor the first officer came to speak to me and I told him about the issues I had faced throughout the journey. He then took my email address, name and telephone number and promised me that the management will get back to me at the earliest. It seems it went to deaf ears. I travel decent in a year and I think I will switch back To Emirates. I have attached pictures to back my review.

Negative experience: Air india and air India express share their ofc in Deira where car parking is a major issue and they open on Sunday for a very limited time in the mrng which should not b the case. Rather all these airline ofcs and their multiple Phn line shd b reachable 24 by 7. There is no way to book the ticket online for an unaccompanied minor travelling through air india express n they charge hefty aed 400/ which is very expensive. It is high time airlines improve the quality of service, their availability (online n offline) n wen they call budget airlines, they shd mean the same. If there is an emergency n air india express flight is there n if it shows full, there is no chance that 11th hr dropout or cancellation shal appear on their system which means the seat Wil b empty but can't b offered. Wat a sad system.

Negative experience: It took me 70 mins to just travel one way to this office to get a work done which took 1 min for the staff. I have no complaints on staff who seems to be good at work but how frustrating it is for people who largely depends on airindia being the largest airline of India to travel from such far distancea even for a minute long enquiry which could be easily resolved over a phone call but the staff is least bothered to answer a call. Even to change ok to board why can't they have a online system to upload our request and the staff can update after verification. More frustrating is to know they dnt accept cards, only cash is acceptable. Post comments in case you need any clarification..

Negative experience: The contact number provided on the site is total waste of time 04 207 9400 I have tried around more than 100 call but no one received the call very worst service. My first expirence was also very bad in the year 2001 after that long time once again I tried to use the service but nothing is improved I think now it's even worst than before. I request travelers not to waste the money on this airlines instead spend some more money and go for any other airline's and make your self comfortable .

Negative experience: Air india branch salah ul din has the worst possible customer service. The response and behavior of employee (SARA) couldnt be any worse. Just an cancellation of my ticket took more than an hour when other airlines would have taken less than 15 minutes. No positive reply and back talks were the only thing received in return. Surely i would never travel through air india or air india express again. Horrible.

They even charge you for wheelchair for senior citizens unlike other airline. Cheap but you will get service n comfort accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I had a flight from Dubai to Delhi, which unfortunately got delayed, making it impossible for me to catch my connecting flight to Vishakhapatnam. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from MakeMyTrip, both the customer support team and the manager were unhelpful, leaving me feeling disturbed and confused. However, my experience took a positive turn when I decided to reach out to Air India's customer support. Air India's customer support team guided me effectively and suggested that I approach their Dubai airport office. Upon doing so and explaining my situation, they promptly assessed all available flight options and, to my relief, arranged a direct flight instead of my original connection. This thoughtful gesture made my journey significantly smoother, and I am truly grateful for their exceptional customer service. Despite my hectic schedule, Air India managed to provide a last-minute solution, which was truly commendable. I express my heartfelt appreciation to Air India and all the staff at the airport office and check-in counters for their outstanding assistance.
